The Mansion at Wheatley Farms sits on a pristine 20‑acre estate in Brookville, NY, offering a timeless backdrop paired with beautifully crafted cuisine, perfect for celebrations of any size. At Wheatley Farms, inclusivity is at the heart of everything we do. As one of the only non-profit, full-service catering companies on Long Island, we’re proud to create unforgettable events that also make a meaningful impact in our community. Our stunning ballroom accommodates up to 80 guests with a dance floor, or up to 120 without. Outdoor areas are also available and can further expand your event capacity, giving you even more flexibility to design the celebration you envision.

The space features a 2,500‑square‑foot ballroom designed for guest seating and dancing, along with an adjacent dining room where food, desserts, and beverages can be displayed in an elegant, inviting layout. Our outdoor grounds, complete with a charming gazebo, reflecting pond, and fountain, offer a beautiful setting for cocktail hour, wedding ceremonies, and a variety of other special moments.
