Garcia wedding
Westbury Manor was absolutely amazing for our wedding day. From the moment we first contacted them, their communication was absolutely great - they were incredibly responsive and helpful in answering all of our questions. On the day of the wedding, the entire staff was extremely polite and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The quality of their work and the overall value we received was truly amazing - Westbury Manor made our dreams come true on our wedding day! We couldn't have asked for a better venue and would highly recommend them to any couple planning their special day.
Great venue, old-fashioned service
My husband and I had a beautiful wedding at the Westbury Manor. The staff were very attentive on our wedding day and made sure that everything ran smoothly and our guests were happy. We would like to give a special shout-out to Ian, who was our first point-of-contact when we began working with the venue and continued to be an excellent resource throughout our 15 months of planning. Ian is truly a rock star! The two stars I've docked are because, as an queer couple, we struggled a bit with this venue's very rigid commitment to the language of "bride and groom". From our contract to the planning packet we completed, every single thing used this language. There were some staff members who, while sitting across from my husband and I, would refer to the "bridal suite" and "bridal attendant". Additionally, during scheduled visits to the venue before our wedding, staff nearly always asked for the "bride's name". I fully understand that the majority of couples coming to the Westbury Manor are straight, but it doesn't feel great to be constantly reminded that we are outside of the norm. I've written to the owner of Westbury Manor with this feedback and I fully believe he has taken it to heart. He has promised to both update the paperwork and speak to his staff about this. I am hopeful that future queer couples getting married at this beautiful venue will have a more affirming and inclusive planning experience. Again, our wedding itself was beautiful, and we are very happy to have been married here. We believe that Westbury Manor can be a truly top-tier venue for ALL couples with these changes we have suggested!
Lovely, Timeless Venue
We are still glowing from our wedding at Westbury Manor—it was everything we dreamed of and more. The venue has the most beautiful vintage elegance, with timeless details that made the whole space feel romantic, warm, and truly special. From the moment we walked in during our tour, we knew this was the place. One of the things we loved most was the seamless blend of indoor and outdoor spaces. The outdoor areas were perfect for our cocktail hour, surrounded by gorgeous scenery, and the indoor reception space was just stunning—classic without feeling stuffy, and spacious without feeling too big and "empty." Another major highlight was the food. Our guests raved about it! From the incredible variety during cocktail hour to the dinner entrees and desserts, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The menu options were expansive, allowing us to personalize to reflect our tastes - not just a standard, boring wedding meal. Something else that really made this venue stand out is that they only host one wedding per night. It meant the world to us knowing that we had the entire space to ourselves. It made the night feel even more intimate and personal—like the whole venue was just ours. We are beyond grateful to the team at Westbury Manor for helping create such a magical, unforgettable day.
Best Wedding Venue on LI!
Westbury Manor was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first spoke with the team, their communication was detailed, professional, and so friendly and welcoming. The grounds were beautifully maintained, providing an incredible backdrop for our wedding photos. Our maitre d', Phil, was incredible. He orchestrated the day perfectly. Our bridal attendant, Claudia, was truly exceptional - we were able to turn off our brains and just enjoy the day thanks to them. Phil and Claudia were a huge reason why our wedding day was so wonderful and we cannot thank them enough. They are masters at their jobs. The food was amazing, and we felt we got great value for our money. We're so grateful to the entire Westbury Manor team for making our special day truly perfect.
