From the moment we reached out to The LOOM Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, their team provided us with great communication and made us feel at ease throughout the entire wedding planning process. I recently had my wedding at The Loom, and I truly cannot express enough how incredible the entire experience was. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make everything seamless, beautiful, and truly unforgettable. As someone with absolutely no prior experience planning a wedding—and very little time to pull everything together—I was overwhelmed at the thought of how it would all come together. But the team at The Loom made the entire process so much easier than I ever imagined. From the moment I started planning, Mary was there every step of the way. She was kind, patient, and incredibly supportive, always making sure I felt comfortable and confident in each decision. Her warm and calming presence made a world of difference during such a hectic time. Mary really took the time to understand my vision and helped bring it to life with such grace and attention to detail. She’s was absolutely incredible! Bri was also wonderful,—together with Mary, they formed a dream team when it came to coordinating the venue, the guests, and all the logistics that come with hosting a wedding. They both handled the rehearsal ceremony and every little detail with such professionalism and care. It was clear they truly wanted everything to be perfect, and it was. The venue itself is beautiful. The Loom has such a beautiful aesthetic and an incredible ambiance that made the perfect backdrop for our day. My family commented on how beautiful the space was and how smoothly everything ran. Despite the short timeline and my complete lack of wedding knowledge, The Loom helped me pull off a day that was exactly what I had hoped for—intimate, joyful, and stress-free.
