Originally built in 1929, the two-story historic Spanish-style clubhouse houses the classic ballroom, two wedding suites, and opulent foyer. Our 2,640-square-foot banquet room accommodates over 175 guests and features high, vaulted ceilings with eight sets of beautiful French doors opening to our adjacent private patio. Your reception will feel drawn straight from a fairy tale with the rose gardens, scenic paths, scalloped adornments, exquisite china, and original dance floor.

The absolute best!
This review is long overdue. We planned our wedding in just two months, and Recreation Park Golf Course 18 made it possible. Tawnya and her team responded to every question quickly and kept us informed every step of the way. Tawnya is the reason why we ended up having a full blown wedding rather than just a dinner. The venue itself is gorgeous with plenty of room for our guests, especially those with kids. the pricing was beyond reasonable, the ceremony space is what sold us, and the food was delicious. Guests are still raving about it! The staff worked hard to make sure everything ran smoothly and our day felt special. We're grateful to Tawnya and everyone at Recreation Park Golf Course 18 for helping us pull off the wedding in such a short time

A dream come true
Working with Tawnya (and Spencer) at Recreation 18 was such a wonderful experience. After viewing the venue for the first time and meeting with Tawnya, we knew this was the venue we wanted to use to celebrate our special day. The venue is incredible and so beautiful and had every amenity we needed and wanted. Tawnya was so easy to work with, incredibly communicative, very accommodating and helpful, had great ideas and assisted with additional decor as well. The wedding day went perfectly and was everything we wanted it to be. We cannot express our gratitude enough to Tawnya for all of her help throughout the entire process.
