About this venue
Ballroom is 7,700 square feet with chandeliers. Dancefloor can be added for an additional fee. Space can be devided to accommodate both the Ceremony and the Reception. Ample space in Conference Center Lobby to host Cocktail Reception.

Great space with the ability to have direct access to Packy's Sports Bar & Lounge for a fun and exciting atmosphere.
Located across from the ballroom, the Sabre/Phantom room combines space to make a larger breakout room. The functionally of the room is conducive for leisure events, such as engagement parties or bridal showers. Enjoy the fun of the billiards table and darts in Packy's, which can be directly accessed from this room.

Wonderful Venue for 90th Birthday Party
Hope Hotel & Richard C. Holbrooke Conference Center was an excellent venue for our 90th birthday celebration, and I would gladly recommend it for any milestone event. From the very first call, the event coordinator (Caprice) made planning simple, guiding us through room setup, menu choices, and the evening’s timeline so that everything ran seamlessly. The buffet meal and appetizers were outstanding—fresh, beautifully presented, and perfectly prepared. Everyone commented on how delicious and plentiful the food was, and the beverage and coffee stations stayed well stocked throughout the evening. The staff were warm, attentive, and especially considerate of our 90‑year‑old guest of honor and older family members. The room layout made it easy for guests to mingle and move comfortably. I also want to highly recommend their wonderful vendors: the DJ, who kept the atmosphere lively all evening; the decorator, whose elegant touches brought the room to life; and the bakery, whose cake looked beautiful and tasted even better. With its convenient hotel accommodations, flexible event spaces, and professional full‑service catering, the Hope Hotel & Conference Center provided the perfect setting for a smooth, memorable 90th birthday celebration.

My experience with the Hope hotel and conference center was one of the best venue experiences I’ve ever had. Ms Caprice Wilson, and her staff helped me from beginning to end, the professionalism the cleanliness, the kindness that was displayed at every encounter, not to mention the great price, everything was exceptional. I plan on revisiting and booking again real soon.

Caprice was very easy to work with planning my Mother’s 90th Birthday Celebration. She made herself available and we never felt as though we were bothering her. Very thorough and open to changes. There was a slight oversight on the part of the event staff, and Caprice made it right with a requisite refund… no questions asked. My Mother and her guests still compliment how nice a time they had.
