Welcome. Introducing Bel Air 1740, a new wedding and events venue in Prince William, Virginia, not far from Fairfax County. Located on the grounds of the historic Bel Air estate, Bel Air 1740 features a state-of-the-art barn wedding and event venue. Whether a private wedding or company meeting, this space has everything you need to wow your guests. Bel Air 1740’s versatile indoor and outdoor spaces make it flexible for every style of event in any kind of weather. Beautiful landscaping around the grounds complements the stunning interior space designed on a single level with your event in mind.

The venue features a majestic great hall with 25-ft ceilings and a state-of-the-art theatrical sound and lighting system.
The venue contains two spacious ready rooms, a large warming kitchen, and a sweeping covered patio that is enclosable with glass panels and heated during the colder months. The scenic grounds and historic Bel Air Manor House backdrop offer many areas for outdoor ceremonies and cocktail receptions. There is also a rustic vintage tobacco barn available for cocktail receptions and photos.

An excellent venue for weddings and parties
The Bel Air 1740 is an excellent venue for just about any type of event. The Bel Air 1740 can accommodate weddings, anniversary parties, birthday parties or professional photo shoots. The Bel Air 1740 has bridal and groom suites for weddings, fire pits for sitting around chatting, drinking, eating, it has a spectacular garden and barn for photo shoots. It can accommodate indoor and outdoor parties. There's plenty of parking and the owners are very accommodating!

Bel Air 1740 was a wonderful choice for our wedding venue. Their communication via email and text was prompt and helpful throughout the planning process. The venue itself offered great value - the space was picturesque and functional, with a beautiful outdoor fire pit area, patio, and dining area that our guests raved about & gave children a safe space to play . The private bride's and groom's rooms were a huge plus, providing us with a quiet space to get ready and take a breather during the busy day. Overall, Bel Air 1740 contributed greatly to making our special day absolutely perfect.

My company and I hosted our annual holiday party at Bel Air 1740. Aside from how beautiful this venue is, we were completely sold on the affordable prices as well. Their staff was very professional and informative by sending all necessary documents required by the venue. I would highly recommend hosting your special event at this venue! You won't regret it!

I could not imagine a better venue!!
We stumbled upon Bel Air 1740 and were instantly captivated. Tucked away in Northern Virginia, this venue melds classic charm with pastoral elegance beautifully. The architecture of the estate serves as a stunning canvas for any event, capturing the essence of every moment in our wedding photos. Wandering through the vibrant gardens, we found countless perfect spots for our ceremony and guest interactions. The archways and sprawling greenery provided a storybook setting that enchanted everyone, and made for amazing photos. Despite a quick summer shower, the covered side area allowed our celebration to continue seamlessly. Later in the evening, the firepits became a favorite cozy retreat for our guests. With three firepits, there was plenty of room for everyone. The owner of Bel Air 1740 was exceptional to work with. she handled everything with such expertise and care. Their attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for our wedding was evident and deeply appreciated. She also worked well with our wedding planner! Bel Air 1740 was a dream come true for us. It's not just the site itself but the entire experience crafted that made our day truly special. For anyone looking for a venue that offers both beauty and top-notch service, Bel Air 1740 should definitely be on your list.
