Can we bring our own alcohol?

No, we offer a full selection of alcohol products and are required to work with our vendors in securing your beverages. We'd love to work with you on things like custom cocktails/mocktails and offer just the right amount of buzz to celebrate your special day.

Do you have accessible facilities?

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Our events operate under a rolling cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your event 31 days or more prior to the event date, a partial cancellation fee may apply based on the services reserved. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the event date will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total anticipated event cost. If you need to adjust your plans, our team will always do our best to work with you and explore alternative dates when possible.

Do we need to get insurance?

Only if you're anticipating on bringing in an outside vendor - for which we ask you provide us with their insurance information. Examples: DJ, Dancers, Llama's, etc.

The AC Hotel Portland Downtown is located approximately 12.5 miles from Portland International Airport, with several convenient transportation options available. MAX Light Rail (Most Popular) Take the MAX Red Line directly from the airport toward downtown Portland. Exit at Morrison/SW 3rd Ave Station, which is about a 3–4 minute walk from the hotel. Travel time: approximately 35–40 minutes Cost: approximately $3 Rideshare or Taxi Travel time: approximately 15–20 minutes, depending on traffic Typical cost: $35–$45 Driving Typical travel time is 17–20 minutes in normal traffic.
