Our cancellation and refund policy is outlined in detail within your service agreement. Due to the time, planning, and resources dedicated to each event, retainers and payments are typically non-refundable. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and handle each situation with professionalism and care, following the terms of the signed agreement.

Beginning 4–12 weeks prior, We provide elevated coordination designed for a seamless, stress-free experience. Services include 1 planning consultation, unlimited communication during office hours, vendor confirmation, décor oversight, and a personalized event timeline shared with all vendors and venue. On event day, our team manages vendors, timelines, and guest flow allowing you to be fully present while every detail is flawlessly executed.
