I coordinate your ceremony and reception from setup through vendor dismissal, directing the timeline, managing logistics, and handling everything behind the scenes so you can be fully present. By day, I produce large-scale fundraising events for the San Francisco Symphony — environments where timing, leadership, and precision matter. That same production-level oversight is what I bring to your wedding. You’ve curated the day. I protect the vibe.

    From the moment we matched with Gia Barsi as the coordinator for our wedding, we knew we were in good hands. Gia was extremely thoughtful, attentive, and consistent in their communication throughout the entire planning process. They were incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and flexible, helping us adapt to last-minute changes on the day of the wedding that we weren't expecting.     Working with Gia was an absolute dream for our wedding day. From the start, Gia's direct, yet warm communication style put us at ease, and her sharp sense of humor made the planning process enjoyable.
