Hi! I’m Kyela, the owner and planner behind Edition Fourteen Weddings & Events. Based in Sarasota, Florida and the Hamptons, New York, (a snow bird!) I work with couples near and far to create celebrations that feel thoughtful, personal, and well hosted. I believe the most meaningful weddings are designed with intention and planned with care. From full service planning and event design to intimate celebrations and elopements, my approach is calm, collaborative, and centered on making each event feel entirely yours.

What sets me apart is the care I bring to every detail that makes your wedding unmistakably yours. I take the time to truly understand you, your story, and what matters most, so each choice feels personal and intentional. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with events!
I cannot recommend Kyela and Edition Fourteen enough. The first event Kyela supported me with was a birthday. She made all the arrangements, including custom drink menus for guests, and overall made me and the evening feel very special. I’ve had the pleasure of attending other events organized by Kyela, and get more and more floored each time by how well styled and well organized they are. Don’t hesitate if you’re looking for a fabulous and fun planner.

Hands on bride who needed support
Kyela and her team at Fourteen Weddings & Events, LLC is truly exceptional! Kyela was the coordinator for my wedding, and I honestly can’t imagine the day without her. She went above and beyond in ways I didn’t even know I needed. One of the most meaningful things she did was take over my social media for the day, which allowed me to be fully present while still ending up with the most genuine, candid memories of our wedding. The behind the scene dance videos are some of my favorite memories. Being able to relive those moments over and over again is such a gift. Kyela also paid incredible attention to the small details that made everything feel so personal and thoughtful; like the beautiful custom labels with our names and wedding date on all of the champagne served. Those little touches elevated the entire experience and made our wedding feel uniquely us. And the champagne cart was one of the most beautiful elements of the day. All of our guests asked us where we got it! Kyela is organized, creative, and genuinely cares about her couples. If you’re looking for a coordinator who will treat your wedding like it truly matters, Fourteen Weddings & Events is the way to go. I can’t recommend Kyela highly enough.

10/10 every.single.TIME!
I have been fortunate enough to attend multiple events put on by Kyela from edition fourteen and every single one somehow gets better than the one before it. There is no detail that gets missed and you truly feel so at HOME and at PEACE during her events so you can truly enjoy the time with your friends and family! Kyela sees your vision sometimes better than you do and somehow brings it to life even BETTER than you hoped. If you need assistance in any way shape or form for an event as intimate as a dinner party to as big as a wedding, Kyela is YOUR GIRL!

Galentines Dinner Party
I can’t say enough good things about Edition Fourteen. Kyela recently hosted a Galentine’s dinner for me and absolutely crushed it. Every single detail was thoughtful, intentional, and beautifully executed from the overall vibe to the smallest finishing touches. It felt elevated, effortless, and so special. You could tell how much care, creativity, and passion went into the event. My guests were blown away, and I’m still getting compliments on how gorgeous everything was. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands how to bring a vision to life and create an unforgettable experience, Edition Fourteen is it. I would recommend her a thousand times over and can’t wait to work with her again!
