    We hired Katelyn at Champagne Wishes for day-of coordination services for our wedding, and working with her was honestly one of the best decisions we made! From the very beginning she was incredibly responsive (by email/text/phone), patient, and detail-oriented, and she consistently went above and beyond throughout the planning process. We both felt overwhelmed at times by all the decisions planning a wedding requires you to make, but Katelyn helped us walk through all the details and alleviated so much of our stress. She was always eager to help with every ad hoc request we threw at her and coordinated seamlessly with all of our vendors. The vast majority of our vendors actually came from her recommended vendors, and all of them were fantastic! On our rehearsal and wedding day, she was calm and even-keeled no matter what popped up, which let us actually enjoy the day instead of managing problems. She also made sure we were fed, always had drinks, and that everyone in the wedding party knew where they were supposed to be and how to reach her if anything came up. She never made us feel like just another couple on her calendar. We highly recommend hiring Champagne Wishes and working with Katelyn to help you plan your wedding!

    From the moment we first reached out to Champagne Wishes, Katelyn's communication was prompt, friendly, and insightful. During our planning meetings Katelyn was incredibly thorough in ensuring every detail of our special day was perfect. She helped us plan our timeline, and led a wedding walkthrough at our venue to go through all of the details the month before the wedding. On the wedding day, Katelyn managed everything seamlessly, including coordinating with all of our vendors, allowing me to relax and get ready without any stress. When my husband tripped and spilled a little red wine on my dress Katelyn and her team quickly and calmly helped me get the stain out. Champagne Wishes' exceptional service and attention to detail truly made our wedding day unforgettable. We would highly recommend Katelyn and her team to everyone!

    Champagne Wishes helped us plan and execute our 75-person wedding in June 2025 in just four months – we’re not sure how we would have done it without them! Starting from our consultation, Katelyn was extremely personable and encouraging. We were of course nervous about our tight timeline, but she quickly made us feel at ease. She honored our vision, asked the right questions, and helped us be decisive during the planning process when we needed it. Sulli took over as our day-of-coordinator and did an amazing job memorizing our timeline and all the small details of the day. She managed parking attendants from CW and tricky traffic down our venue’s one-lane road with ease, ensuring our guests had a seamless experience. Both Katelyn and Sulli were great communicators, answering our many questions in a timely manner and handling all communication with the vendor team as we approached the big day. The best testimony of how well they worked together was that after the wedding we had multiple guests and even fellow vendors remark on how smooth and effortless the day felt. We are so grateful to the entire team and we highly recommend Champagne Wishes for all your wedding planning needs! As a side note, we also worked with CW for some day-of rentals such as gorgeous wooden benches for our ceremony, cocktail tables, and LED candles. They have a large, well-priced inventory and it was super convenient to get everything in one place. Definitely recommend taking a look!

    Working with Katelyn was a joy and I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for wedding planning services. We hired her for day of planning for a 160 person wedding. She was easy to communicate with and all of our meetings (3 total) were productive and organized. She worked with us to generate wonderful timelines (with specific times for each “activity”) for both the day before welcome party and the wedding day. She communicated the timeline and all the information to our vendors and wedding party, as well as managing all the communication with them the day of. She ran the rehearsal seamlessly and generated a really great indoor rain plan (that we ended up using). I also put her in charge of executing my decor vision (I gave her hundreds of loose flowers/greenery, boxes of decor, sample pictures, and a word doc guideline) and she and her two assistants went above and beyond in making it happen (and they did all the clean up after)! Lastly, there was some sort of mix up with the bus that I rented to get guests to the hotel. She was able to get in touch with the bus company and everyone ended up getting to the ceremony on time - and I had no idea that it had happened until the next day! I can’t say enough positive things!
