One time, a friend of ours said “Bold never fails.” Okay, well you got us there. That’s why we are Bold Events. We live to pull off the most amazing events possible. There is no thrill like seeing a bride blown away by her reception, a truly surprised birthday-haver, or helping our parent friends plan a college visit road trip. We live for this stuff.

At our heart, is our founder, Allie Sullivan. A Richmond native – she’s been in the event planning and hospitality industry for years. She knows her way around corporate and personal event planning. No task is too trivial – she goes the distance with a smile on her face.

The very best day-of coordinator!
Allie’s the person who comes to mind when people ask, “how was the wedding?” From lighting to song choices to the flower girl’s petals to the bridal suite (and so, so much more), Allie was on top of it all. Her passion for her work coupled with her top-notch ability to navigate the bride and groom, their families, and venue/vendor staff blew my expectations for a day-of coordinator out of the water. She made sure the day ran smoothly and kept everyone on schedule, while working behind the scenes to ensure things (and people!) were where they needed to be and when. Her ability to remove stressful decisions without forgetting the little details let everyone focus on having a great time. We could not have done it without her.

Yes! Bold Events happily plans any and all events. From the proposal to the clean-up of the reception, we are there for it all!

No. We want to give our couples the full attention they need to ensure their day goes off exactly as envisioned.

How much time we spend together really varies based on your needs. If I am just coordinating the day of, I like to spend a little bit of time each month talking through logistics. If I am doing full-service planning, I spend as much time as needed to ensure you are comfortable and happy with the process.

I am the lead planner but depending on the size and scope of your wedding I will bring assistants with me.
