About Aisle Host
Raven
The Resume: Went to technical theatre school with a focus on costumes - no wardrobe malfunctions on my watch! Started my career in the design, marketing and corporate events world. I love being behind-the-scenes and helping others see their vision and ideas come to life. Jumped head-first into the wedding industry and worked under floral designers, then went on to employment under leading local wedding planners and professionals to learn all things weddings! Was a part of over 20 weddings my first year alone, and I have no signs of slowing down!
I support all versions of love and celebrate all kinds of humans <3 I’m not here to give you a sales pitch, put you in a box, or tell you what you should and shouldn’t focus on for your day. It’s your wedding day, after all! If you're looking to have someone in your corner on the day every romcom and well-meaning friend warns you is supposed to be both your best day ever and the most stressful event to plan for - then I’m your woman.

| Description | Let me stand by you from the beginning, and take a stress-free approach to planning your wedding. This option covers all aspects of planning and design including Pintrest boards, design, budget management, vendor placement, floor plans, and timelines. | This combines event design and month-of coordination. For the couple who already has most of their big vendors (food, music, venue, photos, etc) booked, but needs a little help putting the vision together. Think of it as if you have the empty canvas, and I’m bringing the paint and finishing frame! | Also known and month-of coordination, this is for the Type A couple that has it all under control, but wants to enjoy their day stress-free. Fabulous wedding coordinator!
Working with Aisle Host made planning our wedding feel almost effortless from start to finish. They stayed on top of everything without us having to ask, which gave us so much peace of mind leading up to the big day. When my husband wanted to surprise me with a baby cow at the reception, they didn't hesitate—they took control and made it happen, and it was absolutely perfect. Their team is friendly and organized, handling vendor management seamlessly so we didn't have to worry about the details. What really stood out was how sincere and honest they were throughout the whole process, never pushing us toward unnecessary expenses or ideas that didn't fit our vision. We can't recommend Aisle Host enough for couples who want professionals who genuinely care about making your day special.

Raven was truly the best - from when we booked her to the day of our wedding she was communicative, attentive, and dedicated. She did a fabulous job executing our decor, facilitating the day of, and constantly checking in with my husband and I. You won't regret hiring her for your wedding!

Best Decision Ever
Working with Raven from Aisle Host was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Truly. We had a backyard wedding, which you may think is simple, but in reality, there are a lot more moving parts than you would imagine. With that being said, Raven was the whole reason it was executed perfectly. From day one, her communication was clear, thoughtful, and QUICK. She was always a step ahead of me!!! On the day of our wedding, I was amazed at her ability to think on the fly and handle every situation with calm confidence. There were some moments that could've bubbled up quick, but she swiftly took care of them before it ever got to that point. She definitely succeeded with avoiding a stressed out bride. Because of Raven (and her assistant, Saira! Shoutout!), we were truly able to be fully present and enjoy every little moment, which is something we will forever be grateful for. I would 1000% recommend Raven for anyone looking to make a friend and to having an effortless and joyful wedding day!

Raven aka Aisle Host is amazing! From the moment we met, she was inviting, understanding and so very well organized. We hired her to coordinate our wedding, but the materials she provided us with ended up helping immensely in the planning process as well. On the day of, Raven and her team were so positive and cool under the pressure! They kept the evening running so smoothly, and we had many people reaching out to tell us how calming our coordinator/team was! I still can’t believe how quickly and efficiently the room flip happened! We love Raven and are already recommending her to our engaged friends! Thank you!

Raven is a type A Bride's Dream
We used Raven as a three-month out coordinator and she was nothing short of perfect. I'm a detail oriented person and had a very clear vision for my day, so while I knew I could handle booking vendors and designing the event, I needed someone to help me execute and keep me stress free on the big day. Raven did all that and more. She has excellent systems in place to make sure she knows every detail before your wedding day. She helped me catch things I'd forgotten and make final decisions where someone experienced planning weddings was so helpful. On the day of our wedding I had zero doubts Raven knew how I wanted our event to look and feel and she executed to a T. At the end of the night she took care of everything and my husband and I were able to waltz away in carefree bliss. I truly couldn't recommend hiring Aisle Host enough to help keep your wedding stress free!
