I’m a wedding photographer who believes the best moments usually happen between the planned ones. My approach is relaxed, candid, and people-first, focusing on real laughs, genuine emotion, and the kind of moments that can’t be recreated. I’ll guide you just enough to keep things comfortable and natural, then step back so you can actually enjoy your day while I quietly tell the story as it unfolds.

What makes my work different isn’t just how your photos look, but how the experience feels. I’m big on easy energy, flexible timelines, and creating space for real connection instead of forced poses.     Beyond happy with our engagement shoot!

    Daniel was absolutely incredible! I had a very specific vision in mind and Daniel was there to answer my texts and calls beforehand and then bring that vision to life! He gave us helpful prompts that kept us moving and got excellent photos! He was able to work with us on a short time frame and deliver photos quickly as well. I would recommend using him for any of your needs!

    We LOVE Working with Wesley D Photography

    We love working with Daniel (the "D" in Wesley D Photography) so much that he the only photographer on our preferred vendor list. He is reliable, cheerful, and does a WONDERFUL job of capturing special moments. He has photographed numerous weddings and other special occasions for us and our clients, and most-recently photographed a ticketed Father's Day BBQ at our venue. His past work for us has always been amazing, but the Father's Day pictures are truly special. We emailed them to all of our event attendees as a special thank you gift - needless to say, receiving his pictures was the cherry on top of the ice cream sundaes we served that day.

    Cherished Moments Beautifully Captured by Daniel

    We had the pleasure of working with Daniel for our wedding and engagement photos, and we couldn't be happier with the experience and the results! From start to finish, Daniel was a true professional and a joy to work with. For our engagement shoot, my wife and I had never had a professional photo shoot, so we were initially not knowing what to expect. Daniel was always easy to be around and to work with, had great poses and shots for us planned, and was open to our ideas. We highly recommend him for any photo needs!

    Victoria Ranch Wedding

    We were one of the first couple weddings at the incredible Victoria Ranch in Vista. Daniel had shot events there in the past and led us to several very picturesque spots for photos. He was funny when we needed a laugh. He was patient when we needed some coaching. And he was thorough when we got to see our 450 picture wedding file! Thank you Daniel for helping our day be the best wedding day ever (Biased)
