Hi! I'm Heather, the photographer behind Heather Lee Photographs. I've always had a passion for the art of photography… learning, appreciating, and shooting all that I can. I enjoy capturing the special moments in life, helping people remember the past, and allowing them to keep those memories alive.

I love clean, creative, interesting, yet authentic, beautiful photographs. I prefer location shoots where I can use natural lighting to best capture the mood and feel in the photo. In the post, I try not to over-edit, but rather to produce the best image possible. I am a bit of a perfectionist and tend to obsess a little, but that’s all good for the client. I am available to shoot family portraits, newborns, maternity, engagement, weddings, and other special events. Thank you for taking the time to explore my website. Wedding reception
Working with Heather Lee Photographs was such a smooth experience from start to finish. She got back to us quickly whenever we had questions, which made the whole planning process feel easy and stress-free. On our wedding day, Heather showed up right on time and really knew how to direct us into poses that looked natural and beautiful. The photos she delivered are absolutely stunning—every single one captures the emotion and joy of our day perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the quality of her work and how she made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. We'd recommend Heather to any couple looking for a photographer who is both professional and genuinely easy to work with.

5 Months Later, Still Waiting on Photos
My husband and I got married in November 2025. The day of the wedding was very stressful, and a record breaking storm almost made us cancel. We powered through, and Heather was very flexible and accommodating with a chaotic day. She messaged afterwards saying photos would be available soon. Because of the holidays, I waited until the end of January to reach out about the status of our photos. The contract says four weeks to receive photos, depending on the time of year. She emailed me on February 2nd saying she would post photos to the link the next week. That did not happen. Ten days later, I reached out asking for a preview, as Valentine’s Day and our anniversary were the next weekend. She sent 19 photos as a preview. On February 13th she said she would let me know when the remainder of the photos would be posted. I reached out to Heather on March 26th asking for a timeline for sending the remaining photos from our wedding, and she has not replied. My husband and I are close to our 5 month wedding anniversary and do not have photos. While her day-of support and patience was greatly appreciated, her communication and delivery of final photographs after the wedding makes me question if I will receive professional photographs.

You will definitely be receiving your final photos in the next couple of days, and I believe I did reply to your last email with that update. Unfortunately, this past year has been overwhelmingly busy in combination with an unexpected life challenge. I am getting back on track now, and you will receive them all shortly. Thank you.
