How many photos will I receive?

I typically deliver around 80 fully edited images per hour of coverage. This ensures you receive a rich variety of moments, from the big events to the intimate details.

Do you have insurance?

I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a proof of liability insurance or COI, and I’ll send that over to them!

Do you travel for weddings?

Absolutely! I love capturing weddings all over the world. Travel fees may apply depending on the location, and I’m happy to provide a custom quote for weddings this applies to.

Question 4

How does the booking process work?

Accepted Answer

To secure your date, a signed contract and a 30% non-refundable deposit are required for each service (one for photo, one for video). The remaining balances are due one week before your wedding.

Can family and friends order prints?

Yes! Your online gallery includes a print shop where your loved ones can order professional-quality prints, albums, and other keepsakes directly.

Question 6

We don't consider ourselves photogenic. Will you help with posing?

Definitely! I provide gentle guidance to ensure you look and feel your best while also capturing authentic, candid moments throughout the day.

Question 7

Does the photo count include BW?

Accepted Answer

No. In total, with the BW versions of every color image, you will have exactly double that count. For example, If your 12 hour wedding yielded 1,000 images, you will have each of those images in both Color and BW for a total of 2,000 images.

When will we receive our wedding photos?

Accepted Answer

Your full wedding gallery will be ready within 8 weeks after your wedding day. I take great care in editing each photo to ensure they meet my highest standards. You will receive a 15-20 image preview within 72 hours of your wedding.

Question 9

To help us gain peace of mind, how do you typically handle unexpected circumstances that might prevent you from being there on our wedding day?

In my 16 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure it is covered by one of my employees who've been trained by me to shoot with the same approach, guidelines, and professional know-how.

How do you ensure our footage is protected?

My team and I prioritize the security of your memories above all else. During your celebration, we utilize cameras with dual-slot recording to create instant backups of every moment. Upon returning to our offices, your footage and images are archived across multiple secure servers and off- site cloud storage to ensure your film is protected throughout the entire post-production process.

Question 11

Our venue has very specific/low lighting. How do you handle this?

My team and I specialize in capturing the ambiance of luxury venues, regardless of the lighting design. Our kits include cinema-grade, low-light sensors and a refined, minimal lighting setup for receptions. This allows us to preserve the intentional mood and 'glow' created by your design team while ensuring your film and images remain crisp and clear.

Do we get all the video footage?

Yes, you will receive a link to all the footage. To ensure the security and quality of your delivery, your footage will be hosted on a private link for 60 days. I recommend downloading your collection to a permanent storage device at your earliest convenience, as the hosting period concludes 60 days after posting.

Do we get to pick the music for our video?

Music is the heartbeat of your film, and I offer two curated approaches. You may either hand-select the soundtrack yourselves or trust my creative intuition to choose pieces that perfectly mirror your wedding’s unique energy. Because each frame is meticulously edited to the rhythm of the music, the selection is finalized before the editing process begins to ensure a seamless cinematic result.

Question 14

How many revisions can we make to our final wedding video?

Accepted Answer

To ensure your film is a perfect reflection of your day, one round of complimentary minor revisions is included with your collection. Should you desire more extensive creative changes or additional edits beyond this initial round, I am happy to provide a custom quote based on the complexity of the request.
