Christina is a local Vermonter who’s crafted wedding flowers for over 25 years. In 2015, Christina and her friend Cindy took the leap and started their own wedding floral business, A Blooming Affair. Since then, Christina and Cindy have been flowering all over New England and upstate New York. Some of Christina's most memorable weddings have been at the Lake Bomoseen Lodge, Mad River Barn, Smugglers Notch, Barn at Smuggs, Maquam Barn, Basin Harbor and Private Estates.

Christina has a deep belief that wedding flowers are personal and therefore she dedicates more time than average to her couples and their flowers. She loves getting to know her couples on a personal level and incorporating personal touches to their flowers. For this reason, she only books a select number of weddings a year. The Vermont fall florals of our dreams!
We absolutely loved working with Christina! From our first call, I was so excited to work with her. She is so talented and gave us the autumn wedding florals of our dreams! She is incredibly patient, clever, and so much fun to work with. Christina was extremely open-minded to my very detailed vision board. She created the most stunning floral arrangements on our wedding day - Christina nailed everything behind my wildest expectations. One of our guests said “it’s like your entire Canva board has come to life!” Six months later, our guests are still raving about our gorgeous ceremony florals and magical head table. Christina is simply so talented and wonderful - I miss working with her so much!

A Blooming Affair: must have!
A Blooming Affair made our Vermont spring 2024 wedding so special and beautiful! Christina was a pleasure to work with the entire time, and nailed the vision I shared with her… springy, bouncy, garden party vibes. I am petite and wanted a bouquet that wouldn’t totally block my body and dress in photos, and would also fit under my blusher veil, and Christina nailed it! She was on-time, and the option to rent glassware and floating candles was so helpful for us. Thank-you, Christina!

We love A Blooming Affair!!
A Blooming Affair was absolutely wonderful to work with for our recent August wedding. After a couple of phone calls, Christina and her team came up with the absolute perfect florals for our big day. They were everything we could have asked for and more. Christina was an absolute pleasure to work with and is so kind. Would absolutely recommend them over and over again!!!
