Day of Coordination & End of Night

Description

​Our job is to turn your hard work into reality so you can step out of the "planner" and into your role as Guest of Honor. Your wedding should end with a getaway car—not a cleanup crew of family! If your plan involves Mom packing centerpieces, we need to talk. Includes coordination & clean up. * NOTE: Guest counts over 200, a second Coordinator is required ($250). Premium rates apply to major Holidays, Holiday weekends, and New Year’s Eve to ensure the highest level of service during peak dates.

    The Blue Oak Company Bridal & Event Rentals was incredible to work with for our wedding day. From the beginning, they were easily available through text or email and always responded quickly to our questions and requests. Their communication style put us at ease throughout the planning process. The quality of their work and value was exceptional - they were detailed in understanding our vision but also able to suggest creative ideas that only made the decor more beautiful. For example, they suggested we use my grandmother's old suitcase at the welcome memorial table along with a few of her favorite books that I had inherited, which added such a personal touch. They were also very considerate of our budget, always offering alternative ideas while still keeping the decor in line with our vision. As our Day-of Coordinator, The Blue Oak Company handled every detail so perfectly that we didn't have to worry for a second. Everything went exactly as planned thanks to their expertise. They also provided gorgeous decor - like floor lanterns, chargers, and frames - at great prices, which made the ceremony and reception look stunning. If you want a stress-free wedding and a vendor who handles logistics and aesthetics seamlessly, I highly recommend hiring The Blue Oak Company!

    The Blue Oak Company Bridal & Event Rentals provided absolute peace of mind for our entire wedding weekend. Their communication was super easy - they were available via text, email, or messenger to address any of our questions or concerns. The quality of their work and value was excellent - they were very budget conscious and respectful of our design vision. For example, they suggested cost-saving centerpiece options that gave the same look as a high-end quote. We didn't even know we had a sick groomsman right before the ceremony, but the issues they handled behind the scenes meant we never even knew about it. Having them lead our rehearsal and practice made us feel so prepared, and their professional coordination allowed us to stay present and enjoy every moment, from the stunning decor setup to the end-of-night cleanup. We're so grateful to the Blue Oak Company for making our wedding day truly special.
