My name is Antonia Hansford and I'm the wedding event specialist at City Barbeque in central Kentucky and southern Indiana. In my 8 years with City BBQ, I have found my passion and talent in being able to bring award-winning bbq to weddings and rehearsal dinners all across the state! I will work directly with you and your venue, vendors, and planners to make for a seamless catering experience. Let me take this part of wedding planning off your plate. Where formal meets BBQ! At City BBQ, we pride ourselves in creating upscale bbq buffets with a professional catering team that are trained specifically for wedding events. We are able to execute services like live meat carving, table setting, cake cutting, china handling, tableside water service, and more! As the wedding event specialist, I work with you through every step of the planning process; everything from putting an order together, helping you pick the best menu, guiding you through the timing of meals, etc. All the service and attention to detail of a traditional caterer, but with the delicious bbq your guests will love.

Bbq but better
Antonia was absolutely amazing helping coordinate our day. As someone with severe allergies I had a lot of difficulty finding someone to accommodate me but she made me feel like no burden at all. It was so freeing to not have to fear an allergic reaction on such a big day. The food was amazing day of, tasted just the same as when we did our tasting and seemed to please all of our guest. The staff are definitely wedding experts; helpful when needed, self sufficient for setup/ clean up, and guest oriented. I had no worries of their capabilities and they proved that to be correct. Smashed potatoes were especially a fan favorite!

Highly recommend City BBQ!
Not only is City Barbeque one of the most affordable caterers, their food is delicious and the Wedding Coordinator, Antonia, is amazing to work with! They offer a traditional buffet, but they also offer things you might not consider like appetizers, stations, taco bars and more! I would encourage anyone getting married to meet with Antonia, do a tasting and get a quote for your wedding catering or rehearsal dinner!
