Our process begins with an initial consultation call so we can fully understand a couple’s vision, communication style, and overall expectations before moving into a formal proposal or reserving a date. We made several attempts to schedule this call, as we’ve found that email alone does not allow for the level of clarity and collaboration required for the high-touch experience we provide. We even offered multiple times to accommodate your request for calls after our standard business hours and responded to your late night texts and emails in order to offer you exceptional customer service. When you eventually agreed to a call later in the inquiry process, it became clear to us that we may not have been the right fit to serve you. For that reason, and without a signed contract or retainer in place, we chose to move forward with another client who had completed our booking process. We believe weddings should be planned in an environment of mutual respect, alignment, and positive collaboration from the very beginning. While we understand this was disappointing for you, we ultimately felt it was best for both parties. It is unfortunate that you took to every possible outlet to leave a bad review for us as we are a small business that works tirelessly to deliver exceptional experiences to our clients. We wish we could have started off on the right foot, but regardless, we sincerely wish you a beautiful celebration!
