Big Hollow Kitchen is a Vermont brunch caterer that pops up at your venue to cook a fresh, hot meal on-site. We cater wedding mornings, post-ceremony brunches, bridal showers, and events throughout New England.
We offer full brunch spreads with made-to-order breakfast sandwiches on our homemade English muffins, along with cinnamon rolls, quiche, crispy potatoes, and seasonal fruit. Everything is made from scratch using ingredients from local Vermont farms. We're fun, easy to work with, and cook really great food. We'd love to work with you!

Amazing!!
Amanda and Kelly did a bridal brunch for my wedding and it was honestly one of my favorite parts of the whole weekend. There were about 15 of us getting ready and they made it so easy and fun. They made homemade cinnamon rolls (so good), fresh fruit, and did made-to-order omelets which everyone loved. They also had bacon and crispy potatoes, and I’m not exaggerating when I say it was the best bacon I’ve ever had.They also have a great vibe, highly recommend booking them!
