Nadiya created the most magical Harry Potter inspired wedding cake we could have dreamed of. From our first tasting to the final reveal, the entire experience felt thoughtful, creative and enchanting. She took every idea we shared and turned it into something far more beautiful than we imagined. The cake itself was pure magic. The hand painted Forbidden Forest, the white stag Patronus, the elegant gold detailing, the “Always” inscription and the Golden Snitch on top all came together so perfectly. It truly felt like a piece of the wizarding world brought to life in the most elegant way. On top of being stunning, the cake was completely gluten free for my allergy and still tasted absolutely incredible. Our guests were amazed that something so beautiful could also taste so good. People are still talking about it. Seeing the cake on our wedding day was a moment I will never forget. Nadiya’s talent, care and attention to detail made the entire experience unforgettable. We are so grateful for the magic she created and for giving us a cake that was meaningful, delicious and everything we hoped for. Thank you, Nadiya, for bringing our vision to life so perfectly.

Absolutely! Nadiya carries a Food Protection Manager certification accredited by the ANSI organization and Nadiya's Cupcakes carries a general food liability insurance to meet venue requirements.

The ability to bring a design vision into a tasteful reality is the backbone of what Nadiya's Cupcakes does. Every celebration is unique and we think it is important to make it as personal as possible and without customization we wouldn't be able to do it. Almost every aspect of cake and dessert decorations can be customized and we often joke that the limit is your imagination. We are always ready to help guide you through the design process if you feel stuck; you'd be surprised at what is possible.

We want to take the stress out of your planning, so that is why every wedding order is eligible for Delivery and Set-up services. The services cost $55 per hour which includes travel time and final set-up with flowers, cake toppers and touch-ups. We do not provide plates, napkins, etc. Service cost for large orders will be adjusted. Once delivery and set-up are complete, handling is out of our control and we cannot promise safe handling by others. Cake and desserts should NOT be left out for more than 4 hours in warm climate because buttercream will begin to soften and decorations may fall. Refrigeration may be necessary.

The cake and dessert flavors offered on our menu is carefully selected to meet our taste and quality. For now, we have several Gluten-Free options for you to consider including our Almond Flour Cake Base, Panna Cotta, Chocolate Dipped Strawberries, and Macarons.

Generally for cake-only orders, we suggest 1 slice per guest; so, for 100 guests we would recommend 100 cake servings. For orders that include dessert tables, we would recommend 2-3 desserts per guest that would not be covered with a cake serving. If you have 100 guests and a cake that covers 60 servings, then we would suggest a dessert table with 80-120 small desserts.

Tastings are not included in cake pricing and are $60 to schedule. Included are 8 containers of 4 cake flavor combinations you create packaged in a beautiful tasting box that you can take home in case you don't finish your samples or if only you are available for the tasting. You also get an hour of design consultation time with Nadiya to learn about what Nadiya's Cupcakes does, explore wedding cake ideas, and cover the finer details.
