“Jenell was so responsive and offered to keep in touch very frequently leading up to the wedding. She took on familiarizing herself with a venue she had not been to or coordinated before our big day. Our venue was unique in that we had to ride the tram at Paisades Tahoe to access the reception Terrace Room. This meant all of our decor, Flower Moxie florals, vendors, and guests had to get up the mountain at particular times. She managed it all fabulously. We can’t say enough great things about Jenell’s work and how she helped us pull off a lot of the DIY final touches. Our Tahoe wedding weekend was perfect.”

We scheduled our first call with Morgan before we had any plan for our wedding. There was no date, no venue, no idea of what the day would look like. The second we spoke to her, we knew we had to work with her, and that everything else would fall into place from there. She kept everything with all of our vendors organized and communicated with all of them so we didn’t have to stress about a thing. Any hiccup or challenging moment we had, she solved. She built the perfect timeline, kept everyone on track, and made the planning process feel way easier than we expected. People were constantly asking us how stressful wedding planning was, and it truly was not at all, because of Morgan. And then came the wedding day… with rain. But Morgan handled everything so beautifully. She pivoted, problem-solved, kept me calm, and made sure the day turned out 10x more beautiful than we could have imagined. Her and her team were always two steps ahead. Morgan made sure we could actually enjoy our wedding, and we did not have to manage any details that day. This was all amazing! But what I find truly so special about Morgan is all the things that I didn’t expect when working with a wedding planner. The things people don’t see… her calming me down as I cried minutes before the ceremony (because I was delusional and for some reason thought it wouldn’t rain), her reapplying my lipstick, holding my dress while I peed, putting deodorant on me midway through the night, keeping drinks in our hands, so we could spend time with our guests, making sure we actually sat down and ate, taking my extensions out when I was ready for my hair to go up, I could go on and on. During all of that she was managing every bump in the road that occurred- problems that Riley and I will never even know about because she handled them for us. And beyond all this, Morgan is truly the kindest person. We felt like we had a friend holding our hand through our entire planning process. We were sad when our monthly meetings came to an end; she was such an important part of our lives for over a year. She brings energy, fun, love, and thoughtfulness to everything she touches. “This woman is a godsend — detail-oriented, a hard worker, and fun, we cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment we booked Stephanie, she lifted every wedding burden, no matter how great or small, off our very stressed shoulders. We had been planning a 120-person wedding since early 2019, and when COVID-19 struck, it became apparent we would have to pivot in a major way. Still hoping for the best, we only started re-planning in earnest two months before the date (shame on us) and nearly everything changed--guest list, venue, caterer, rentals....and with every bump in the road, Stephanie was there, working nights and weekends, emailing us into the wee hours and texting with us on what should have been her days off, because she cares so much. And on days where we felt overwhelmed, she was all too happy to take the reins for a bit and continue working behind the scenes while we rested. (The surprising thing about small weddings is that they are just as much work to plan as a large wedding, even if they come in a smaller package. COVID complicated this many times over, too.) Her work ethic is second to none, and her people skills are incredible. When vendors didn’t communicate quickly enough, Stephanie made sure to follow up, oh-so-politely. When we had trouble booking one caterer, she had three different options for us in her back pocket. Stephanie gently guided us when we needed things like a makeup artist, or signs, or lighting diagrams, and she was always there to offer her help and expertise when we had questions. When things went wrong (because no matter how hard you work to get it right, there are so many moving pieces that it's inevitable), she handled them, and let us know after the fact when it wouldn’t be as stressful. She is so proactive and organized that we didn’t even know there had been last-minute rolling blackouts on the day of the wedding, until after they were over. It was a dream walking into our venue that day—Steph and I had put so much work into finding the perfect linens, table settings, and decor, and her team absolutely nailed it. She also did a great job helping us brainstorm and execute some creative social distancing and hygiene measures to keep everyone safe--a necessity when you have a 94-year-old grandmother. Not only is she an amazing planner and coordinator, but we have made a friend for life, as Stephanie is vivacious and positive, shares our love of Tahoe and the outdoors, and is so much fun to be around. Thank you, Stephanie, for helping us plan an incredible wedding in two months. We know you put in countless hours and probably lost some sleep, but it was so much sweeter than the pre-pandemic wedding we had thought we would have. From the beginning, Casey took the time to truly understand my vision and explained the planning process in a clear, easy to understand way which was especially helpful while planning a destination wedding on a short five month timeline. I felt supported and informed throughout the entire process. I gave Casey full creative freedom with our invitations, and she completely delivered! Her creativity and attention to detail set the tone for our wedding from the start. She was also incredibly responsive, making herself available via email, text, and phone, and handled communication between the travel agency, resort coordinator, and vendors seamlessly. As the wedding approached and decisions felt overwhelming, Casey always reassured me and helped narrow down options, making everything feel manageable. From creating a comprehensive packing list (down to things like bobby pins!) to personally making sure we didn’t have to worry about the little details, Casey thought of everything. When we arrived at the resort, she took the time to walk the property with us — showing us the ceremony and reception spaces, photo locations, rehearsal and helping us visualize the full experience. She also joined us in meeting the on-site coordinator and ensured everyone was aligned. Her ability to advocate for us, ask the right questions, and clarify details made such a difference, especially since most communication with the resort had taken place via email. On our wedding day, Casey was truly amazing. She coordinated everything behind the scenes, kept everyone on schedule, and solved problems before we even knew they existed. Her calm presence, care, and positive energy allowed me to fully enjoy every moment of our wedding. Thank you, Casey, for going above and beyond. “We are so grateful for Kimberley and her incredible team- they were a huge part of what made our wedding day so special. While she wasn't technically our wedding planner (we chose to not hire one)- she absolutely filled that role and so much more, helping us create a personalized and unforgettable wedding night. From our very first call, Kimberley was warm, excited and genuinely interested in hearing our vision. Her experience in the event space was clear from the start. She helped us plan every detail- from celebratory champagne while getting ready, to beautiful florals (including my dream bouquet, which she made), coordinating all rentals through her vendors, and even picking up our wedding cake. After our Oregon coast ceremony, we had appetizers and a private chef dinner at our airbnb for our 14 guests- and the food experience was truly unforgettable. Kimberley's chef and sous chef, were incredible! The chef built a thoughtful, elegant menu that felt perfectly tailored to the setting and the occasion. Appetizers included fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail and ceviche- all beautifully prepared and displayed. Dinner was perfectly cooked steak, butter garlic mashed potatoes, tender asparagus and scallops, paired with a curated selection of local OR wines. Every dish was crafted with care and brought a sense of luxury and warmth to the evening. The chef and sous chef not only prepared everything to perfection but were also professional, friendly and seamlessly integrated into the flow of the night. The tablescape that Kimberley created was another unforgettable highlight- elegant, timeless and even more beautiful than what we imagined. It brought everything together in the most stunning way. Communication throughout the planning process was consistent and reassuring, especially because we live in Colorado and the wedding weekend took place in Oregon. Kimberley regularly checked in to make sure every detail aligned with our vision and because of her thoroughness and care, we felt completely at ease leading into the big weekend. On the day of, her team executed everything with precision and heart. They were warm, attentive, and brought such a calm, grounding energy to the space. Everything was timed perfectly and we were free to enjoy the experience of getting married without any stress. We truly can't thank Kimberley, Chef Michael, and the team enough! My husband and I, as well as our family and friends would absolutely recommend this team for any event. They created a wedding night that was intimate, elegant and deeply personal - a celebration we'll never forget!”
