Once a Chinese market and later a tortilla factory, our stylish event space makes for a beautiful backdrop for any event in beautiful Barrio Viejo. Our historic venue's gorgeous courtyard has overhead lighting, street level access, and tables/chairs. Enjoy our indoor space with a prep kitchen, cafe seating, and two ADA bathrooms. * Guests can arrange their own catering services, supplies & setup with approval. We can provide a list of preferred vendors. Removal of all food & trash is required. The time for setup, cleanup and catering must be included in total time reserved. * A $150 cleaning fee is included for parties over 25 guests. If you have less than 25 guests, we will provide a custom offer.Failure to follow it may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee and future use may be declined. * Approved bartending service with license and COI is required for enjoyment of alcohol. Events over 60 people, with liquor may require security for an additional, nominal fee.
