“Booking Rachel Stenger was one of the best vendor decisions that my husband and I made for our wedding day. Even from the first meeting we had with Rachel, she has such a calming and warm presence which we knew was what we would need the day of. She has such a unique way of photographing and capturing moments that make her so special and unlike a lot of other wedding photographers we met with. We did an engagement session with her and she made us feel so at ease, like most couples we're not naturally in front of the camera but she was able to easily talk us through poses throughout the session. We had a call the month of to discuss details with her - e.i, timeline, shot list, etc. This was a great call because it helped all of us get on the same page for day of. Forwarding to the wedding day - Rachel arrived early to start on capturing details. She helped us stay on-time during getting ready and first look since my DoC was at the venue setting up. She was able to capture SO many images throughout the day from getting ready all the way to the dance floor. Aside from the staged/traditional photos you'd expect from the wedding, she captured so many beautiful candid moments. She moved in SILENCE, I truly didn't see her for most of the day (in a good way!) yet we ended up with 750 images in the 7 hrs we hired her for. She captured everything and more. When we finally got the full album - my husband and I spent had an amazing 2 hours reliving every single moment! She blew us away and we were not prepared by how beautifully she captured the day - all of the details, the emotions, and the aesthetics, were EVERYTHING! Her talent is remarkable and we couldn't have asked for anything more. I'd recommend her to anyone - in fact, I already have a friend that's hired her for their day.”
