“My wife and I booked the Royal Crest Room for a few reasons - they were extremely responsive and convenient to where we live in St. Cloud, you cannot beat the inclusive pricing, the facilities and decor are amazing, and we already knew we loved the food and bar service from visiting the restaurant while golfing. We decided on a Bridgerton themed wedding and the Magnolia Garden and cocktail hour space were the perfect vibe. The venue allowed us to have a horse and carriage on the tee box right next to the cocktail hour space, and the reception room with the included draping and chandeliers were perfect. Also, probably most importantly, the team made us feel wanted and loved. As a LGBT couple, we were worried that it would be difficult to find a venue and vendor team that made us feel just as comfortable as any other couple, but they exceeded our expectations. They made accommodations for us to use both locker rooms as bridal suites, ensured we were always comfortable with all of the decisions, and even let us do a re-tasting to ensure we were 100% satisfied with our dinner menu. Our guests absolutely RAVED about the bar service and service of the venue staff. Everything was perfect - so much so that MANY of our guests have asked us to throw anniversary parties here every year. The Royal Crest Room team was also incredibly responsive and flexible when communicating any questions or concerns, worked with us when we had a payment due but we were traveling internationally, and immediately corrected an issue with our sand ceremony equipment. We could not have asked for a better team for our special day and their preferred vendors list will help with any other special touches you want to add! We used many from that list and it was such a vibe when all our vendors knew each other or had worked together before, making the day flow smoothly. Highly recommend!!!”

She even recommended an amazing officiant to me when I was struggling to find one. “We hired Andy from Xclusive Deejays as the DJ and photobooth provider for our wedding and were very happy with his services. Communication leading up to the event was great - Andy was always quick to respond to emails and calls, and clearly outlined what he would provide. On the wedding day, the music and photobooth were big hits! Andy did an excellent job reading the room and playing songs that kept people dancing all night long. The photobooth was very popular as well - guests loved the props and printouts they could take home as mementos. “This is a wedding venue like no other! It is so unique, magical, and absolutely one-of-a-kind! Both the indoor barn and the outdoor parts of the venue are gorgeous. My husband and I chose to have our wedding completely outside. We were able to have three different areas outdoors for the reception, cocktail hour, and ceremony. The guests loved being able to go from place to place and it just flowed together so perfectly. The lighting, chandeliers and open skies made our night time wedding absolutely stunning for guests and photos! Erik has put so much work into the beautiful landscape, lighting, and outdoor layout that the only decor I needed were my centerpieces for my tables And a few things to make my wedding my own like signs, etc. Everything else was already there and absolutely beautiful. Erik went above and beyond for me by hanging disco balls, and he even surprised me and had his neighbors chickens For the day for my wedding because I love my chickens and am known for being a crazy chicken lady. That alone gives this place 1 million stars! Erik is attentive to the individual needs of the bride/groom as well as the guests. He puts so much detail, heart, and soul into everything he does. From the Airbnb, treehouse, to the actual venue itself. We loved having it all in one place as well. as the option to purchase the alcohol package and delicious food from his chef! “Historic Venue 1902 was the lagniappe we needed to make our Florida/Louisiana flare wedding become a stunning reality!! From the beginning of booking to the fruition of our event, the staff was incredibly helpful, engaged, and excitable about bringing our vision to life. They were always quick to respond on Honeybook or via zoom or in person to meet our needs. The team absolutely rolled with all of my ideas, letting me make the big decisions while providing thoughtful suggestions where necessary. The venue itself is absolutely stunning - a huge, classic and elegant space that was laid out perfectly to accommodate the different portions of our event. The venue as a blank canvas is enough, but really shone with the additional vendors. My husband and I only needed one visit to know this team and venue were conducive to our vision. As a type A, organized bride, the team really brought the coordination to life for me!! I was not stressed at all the day of and I kid you not- not a single thing went wrong or amiss. I would not change a single thing. We had the dream wedding and I wish I could do it all over again.”

“Danny Garcia is a legend of a DJ. He was recommended to us by our venue staff (who had selected him for their own wedding!), and we could not be happier with our decision to go with him. During the planning process, he has an app for couples to use which has everything to help the day run smoothly and to help curate the vibes for your ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dance floor. He is also quick to respond and helpful for any questions you have throughout the entire planning process, and during planning meetings, he goes over both big picture ideas and small details you wouldn’t have considered to make the day flow well. On the day of the wedding, he had perfect transitions during ceremony music, and he edits songs with seamlessly when needed. As an MC, he was so engaging with guests, he made the order of events flow without us having to think or worry about anything, and he brought the energy to another level. The dance floor was a huge highlight of the night for us and for all of our guests—two months out from our wedding day, we still have friends and family compliment how energetic and fun the dance floor was compared to other weddings they have been to. He truly knows how to read the crowd and tailor the setlist to match the energy of the couple and guests. If we had to redo our wedding day a thousand times, we would pick Danny every single time. He’s the best in the business, and we would recommend him to anyone getting married who wants a personalized, flawless, professional DJ experience.
