Where to begin?! Danielle was a blessing! She made my husband and I so comfortable from the get go. We felt our worries slip away after our first zoom call. I’m a Type A personality so I was quite shocked to feel that at ease! The day of Danielle had her own emergency kit that came in great use. It was very humid outside so the extra hairspray and bobby pins made me and more girls feel more secure during the photos. She made sure our card box was secure and in our hands at the end of the night. She handed out all of our gratuities on our behalf so we could just dance and have a good time. We stumbled upon Dave accidentally but what a clear meet/cute - stars aligning moment. We were lucky enough to have Dave work with us for a little over 2 years to make our dream wedding come true. He was great about staying in contact even when we were far out from making big decisions, as we creeped closer and closer to the big day we began meeting monthly or bi-weekly. I never had one moment throughout the entire planning process where I had concern for his bandwidth or frustrations that either I or my other vendors may have caused. What I think I loved most, was his understanding of my vision. He took the time to understand what my husband and I both wanted and envisioned. On the big day, Dave was like the wind - he was EVERYWHERE but NOWHERE. I didn't have one person (vendor related) speak to me and when issues did arise, they always will no matter how hard you plan, he was able to make executive decisions without a hesitation knowing I had full trust in him. I couldn't imagine having done the wedding without him and am forever grateful for these past 2 years. I can't wait to hire him back in 15-20 years for a renewal ;)

I had a great experience working with Charisa to execute my vision . The check-ins throughout the planning process were always well timed and exactly as thorough as we wanted and needed them to be at each juncture. Charisa was especially helpful in providing us a timeline months before my event to keep me on track with all of the little things that may otherwise have added up and led to last minute stress – instead, all was easy breezy. We cherished the tips given from Charisa because there were plenty of things we never would have thought of, and Charisa was always several steps ahead of us in addressing them and/or flagging any concerns related to our plans. Charisa was our point-person on the day, and I’m not sure she could have done a better job had she spent every moment up to the event planning with us! It was unbelievable to watch her work: From set-up, to coordinating vendors, to orchestrating the flow of the event, to the extra running when she could see that we needed it – the list goes on and on and on. My husband and I got married on 6/15/2024. I handled majority of our wedding planning, but as an OCD bride, my biggest anxiety was not being able to be hands on for the day of our wedding. TLDR: Claire is the absolute best!! If you are looking for a wedding planner, you can stop looking now. I am a very type A person with high expectations and Claire has exceeded them all! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and I cannot thank her more. Please see our pictures, credited to Alicia King Photography (https://aliciakingphotography.com/) First: She is a real problem solver - our dream venue was non-negotiable (and one she found/recommended!), but we had issues finding certain vendors (not the venue’s fault, mainly had to do with timing). For example, we were having trouble finding our perfect florist, transportation and hair and makeup - Claire used her contacts and relationships and were able to find the most wonderful team for us and we could not be more grateful. It was true dedication for her to take matters into her own hands when my husband and I were thinking of giving up (i.e., we started looking into DIY options) and it is a testament to her reputation, character, and professionalism that certain vendors decided to make exceptions for us just to be able to work with her again Second: She has great judgment - many parts of the wedding process are not straightforward, and it was great to have Claire be a sounding board for what to do and what not to do. She will always try to give us what we want, but that does not mean that she’s a “yes-woman” and she will always offer her perspective with clear rationale when asked. Third: She cares so much - you can tell she genuinely wants to have each wedding be the best it can be! As you look through her portfolio (check out her instagram “@wewedwell”, where she began making reels post weddings) you’ll see that each wedding is unique and beautiful - no cookie cutter copy and paste here! Our respect for Claire grew through the little moments, whether it’s her proactive emails/lists telling us our immediate next steps (many of which would never occur to me), following up with vendors without prompting, super organized Google drive for resources, and just being extremely responsive (or proactively telling us when she may be slower to respond while working a wedding/on vacation/etc) We loved working with Claire!

DeAnne is the absolute best!! She helped us plan our dream wedding and we are so grateful for her! From start to finish, we truly enjoyed working with DeAnne and her team. DeAnne is so knowledgeable, thoughtful, and will really take the time to understand your vision and bring it to life. She is detail-oriented, organized, calm, and supportive. She always made us feel empowered when making decisions, while also offering her professional opinions and expertise. DeAnne helped us do it all: finding the venue, selecting photographer/videographer, selecting a florist, making meal selections, picking our glasses, plates, silverware, stationary, trying our signature drinks, and so much more! Joy was incredible to work with as our Month Of Coordinator, can’t recommend her and the Taylored Events team enough! We’d already selected our venue, vendors, and design, but wanted support with ironing out final details, timelines, and day-of logistics. We initially weren’t sure if we needed a coordinator to begin with, but are so glad we went with them, especially because it made the day completely stress free, not only for us as the couple, but just as importantly, for our family and wedding party. Joy gave us a spreadsheet to help us check off everything we needed for planning, created our timeline down to the minute for the day of, coordinated all communication with vendors leading up to and throughout the wedding, oversaw our rehearsal walk-through the day before (on site), and set up our decor for us. Special touches included being so kind to our flower girls and keeping them entertained (thank you to Joy’s assistant, Lindsey) during speeches, taking phenomenal candids and Polaroids throughout (we had a camera out for guests to use during reception, pic attached), and helping with my quick dress change. Joy & team are super organized, friendly, diligent, professional, and flexible — and they really care about everyone having a great time. Huge thanks for all you did to allow us to be 100% present with each other and with our loved ones on our special day!

We got married on our property in upstate NY and KR occasions helped provide day of coordination and SO much more. Kayce who is the founder, owner and operator helped coach us through the process, provided regular therapy and sourced some amazing vendors, who made the day so special. I would highly recommend that anyone getting married either at a venue or on your property use a coordinator so that you can relax on the day and feel assured that all will go to plan. Kayce is very experienced, knows what works and what doesn’t and fully takes charge to get the job done. People don’t generally follow directions at events and Kayce made sure that we stayed on schedule and didn’t have any regrets after the big day. Highly recommend KR occasions - you will be in safe hands and won’t regret the investment.
