Rachael was our day of coordinator and truly went above and beyond! She provided and thorough and detailed timeline and was easy to communicate with. The day of the wedding everything on the timeline went perfectly (I didn’t even know that was possible!) and she was adaptable when I wanted to push things back or change something in the moment. There were some things she pulled off I’m still not sure how she managed! I can’t recommend her and Sa’Lise events enough for your event!

Katelynn, Bishop and Sophia were on site for my wedding day, and coordinated it flawlessly! They did an excellent job of providing resources to make sure everything was taken care of for the day. I included decoration set up/take down services with their coordination and it made the day so easy- my family and I were fully able to relax and enjoy the day while they set up. I had the most PERFECT wedding day- I’m sure things went wrong along the way, but I never even found out about it because the eventfully designed team took care of it. They are so kind and I owe them a huge thanks for making my day go so smoothly!

For my wedding, our venue required a day-of coordinator, which was the best thing that happened, because it allowed me to meet Mary Anna! When I met her on Zoom, I knew she was the right fit for us. Her kindness, her responsiveness, and her ability to answer any question you have (and there are so many!) make the overwhelming process of planning a wedding so much easier. I cannot recommend her enough, and would highly suggest hiring her for month-of coordination, as that last 30 days was such a whirlwind, and Mary Anna's constant communication - with me and with all our vendors - was priceless. She was an invaluable resource for all the questions I had throughout the planning process, she has experience with so many different vendors and venues, and she was a great support when things get stressful, as they inevitably do! On our wedding day, she was on top of everything; I literally could just get ready and be excited to get married, knowing everything was in her hands and taken care of. She is super smart, capable, organized, and the kindest person you'll meet. I don't know what I would have done without her; I know she probably had other weddings she was working on, but you would never know it - she will make you feel like you and your wedding is her top priority, because that's how she approaches her work. Our day went off without a hitch, and that is all due to Mary Anna's planning and organization. I can't thank her enough for all her hard work - she is amazing!

Ivory & Sage Weddings was an incredible month of wedding planning team to work with. Maeghan was very responsive and she was always open to communicate on any questions we had! They were reliable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire planning process. Holly and Maeghan were the ones who were there on our wedding day, and we are very happy with our experience. Holly was very quick to get everything started the day of, she jumped right in and handled everything that needed to be done. Maeghan was the owner who I had been in contact with since the beginning. Maeghan is very helpful, well honestly them both! Maeghan knew what she was doing and what she needed to do for us to have a smooth day! They knew how to quickly fix any issues that came up, and were very responsive on the issues that came up, not letting my husband or I stress, even though we are both very type A. The week of the wedding I was in contact with Morgan who would be our official day of coordinator. Morgan ended up saving the day when our bartender cancelled on us last minute; she stepped in and bartended on top of coordinating. Then she was able to work with me to donate our flowers to a women’s shelter; a cause that hits close to home for me. I cannot recommend Avenue Design Studio enough!!

I used Ruth as my decorator for my wedding and she was amazing!! She definitely made my vision for the wedding venue come to reality. She really understands the importance of being flexible for calls and texts, and responded promptly whenever I needed to get in touch with her. She was punctual, arriving to decorate the venue on time, as well as returning for clean up/ removing decorations. She provided my bridesmaids and I with beautiful bouquets as well as boutonnières for the groom and groomsmen. She executed my decorations flawlessly. Ruth also has a warm and friendly yet professional personality and was so easy to communicate with. She makes you feel like your wedding/event is her top priority. This allows us to fully focus on creating seamless, elevated experiences while securing exclusive perks, upgrades, and a dedicated onsite coordinator for you. In addition to our destination focus, we also offer other levels of wedding planning within the US for an additional fee and honeymoon planning and room blocks are included. As certified wedding planners and travel agents, we handle every detail so you can celebrate confidently and enjoy every moment of your wedding journey.

Planning our wedding in Jamaica felt surprisingly easy thanks to Destination 2 I Do. From the beginning, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Our all inclusive resort wedding came together beautifully, and we never felt overwhelmed during the process. One thing that truly stood out was how they tracked flights for us, our wedding party, and our parents to make sure everyone arrived without issues. Not paying any wedding planning fees while still receiving this level of service was incredible. Our wedding day was stunning, seamless, and exactly what we envisioned. We would highly recommend Destination 2 I Do to any couple considering a Jamaica destination wedding.

We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!

Brittani-you are amazing! Thank you so so much for stepping in to wrap the bow on Olivia's PERFECT wedding at the Caswell House in downtown Austin! Brittani stepped in with 3 weeks to Wedding Day and set up a call with us from her camping trip in Utah! She was professional and knew exactly how to take the reins and wrap up the loose ends with all of the vendors (caterers (Cabo Bobs, Alfred’s Catering), Venue (Caswell House Austin), Pianist (Marilyn Rucker), and Photographer (Eyal Photos). She was prompt and instructive during the Venue walk-through and the rehearsal. The day of the wedding she absolutely made sure everything ran smoothly and set-up was done to the wedding parties liking. As the mother of the Beautiful Bride :), I was so grateful to have Brittani to help make the day PERFECT for the bride and groom! She also sent us a wonderful e-album of wedding pictures from the entire event (a totally unexpected perk and the pictures are phenomenal)! Brittani extended recommendations and ideas that only an experienced Wedding Coordinator would know. Amanda, Beth, Rachel and Ashley know their stuff. We had our initial phone call with Ashley, and then we met our lead planner, everybody had amazing communication skills and response time. I felt like I would be planning this wedding alone with my fiancé out of state, but it was the exact opposite, and I felt like I was supported by an entire team. The rental company couldn’t find the venue on wedding day and I never knew about it until, it was brought to my attention by a family member three months later. They handled everything professionally on wedding day and our guests were just raving about how hard you could see they were working for us. You need to hire Ashley Nicole Affairs!!!!
