Rachael was our day of coordinator and truly went above and beyond! She provided and thorough and detailed timeline and was easy to communicate with. The day of the wedding everything on the timeline went perfectly (I didn’t even know that was possible!) and she was adaptable when I wanted to push things back or change something in the moment. There were some things she pulled off I’m still not sure how she managed! I can’t recommend her and Sa’Lise events enough for your event!

KATELYNN MY LOVE! Literally where do I begin! Eventually designed is a dream wedding planning team. Katelynn was always available whenever I needed her (talked me down from many many bridal panic attacks), she’s so knowledgeable about the area and weddings in general. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she LISTENS and understands your vision and will make sure you get what you want. She has such a calming presence and I don’t know how I would have gotten through this wedding without her. I met with a lot of wedding planning teams before selecting her and one of favorite things about her planning approach is that she is human first. She is not trying to squeeze you for every last dollar, she genuinely just wants to help. We also used them for our floral arrangements and oh my god it was stunning. I need to also shout out Bishop and Elise who I spent less time with but were equally amazing. Elise became my wedding day bestie. The whole team also took the extra mile and all wore pink day of to match my theme. I cannot recommend Eventfully Designed enough.

I absolutely love my job and all the challenges that come with it, and I feel I’ve been thoroughly prepared for anything that could be thrown my way. ​ I started this company in January of 2020, when I started planning a friend's wedding and realized my passion wasn't just event planning, it was wedding planning. I took the time to train and understand different types of weddings, so that I can make sure my job is done right the first time.

Ivory & Sage Weddings, led by Maeghan Davis as our day of coordinator, was a wonderful support throughout our two-day multicultural wedding. Maeghan brought a calm, organized, and reassuring presence that made a big difference for us. She helped keep everything moving smoothly and allowed us to truly relax and enjoy each moment. We had our Catholic nuptial mass which she was able to help keep us on timeline and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Then the second day, we had our Nigerian traditional. This can be intimidating for some but she handled big personalities and a big event with such grace. Ivory & Sage was also able to provide a beautiful charcuterie and basic florals for us, it was so nice to get things with one vendor. I believe she also offers decor. We’re very thankful for her support and would happily recommend Ivory & Sage Weddings to couples looking for a thoughtful and dependable coordinator. 10/10!!!

I had an initial call with Chad and based on that I knew they were professionals who could bring my vision to life through floral design and day of coordination. Then they continued to provide clear and open communication throughout the planning process and were able to make suggestions as needed to advance my vision. The week of the wedding I was in contact with Morgan who would be our official day of coordinator. Morgan ended up saving the day when our bartender cancelled on us last minute; she stepped in and bartended on top of coordinating. Then she was able to work with me to donate our flowers to a women’s shelter; a cause that hits close to home for me. I cannot recommend Avenue Design Studio enough!!

She really understands the importance of being flexible for calls and texts, and responded promptly whenever I needed to get in touch with her. She was punctual, arriving to decorate the venue on time, as well as returning for clean up/ removing decorations. She provided my bridesmaids and I with beautiful bouquets as well as boutonnières for the groom and groomsmen. She executed my decorations flawlessly. We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!

Brittani-you are amazing! Thank you so so much for stepping in to wrap the bow on Olivia's PERFECT wedding at the Caswell House in downtown Austin! Brittani stepped in with 3 weeks to Wedding Day and set up a call with us from her camping trip in Utah! She was professional and knew exactly how to take the reins and wrap up the loose ends with all of the vendors (caterers (Cabo Bobs, Alfred’s Catering), Venue (Caswell House Austin), Pianist (Marilyn Rucker), and Photographer (Eyal Photos). She was prompt and instructive during the Venue walk-through and the rehearsal. The day of the wedding she absolutely made sure everything ran smoothly and set-up was done to the wedding parties liking. As the mother of the Beautiful Bride :), I was so grateful to have Brittani to help make the day PERFECT for the bride and groom! She also sent us a wonderful e-album of wedding pictures from the entire event (a totally unexpected perk and the pictures are phenomenal)!
