Day Of Coordinator: Terri Rose A Words literally cannot capture just how amazing Terri was during my entire wedding process. I hired her as my DOC, but she was 1000000x more than that. She was there every single step of the way, guiding me through ideas, reminding me of deadlines (I was the worst bride and constantly forgetting when I needed to hire vendors, etc.), and searching for vendors for me. She reviewed contracts, dealt with vendors with any questions/concerns from start to finish. She advertises as a DOC, but I promise with Terri you get SO MUCH MORE! The day of the wedding, I did not know one single thing that went amiss - she and her assistant handled everything so smoothly. She truly made my wedding what it was, and I cannot recommend her enough.

If I could give Cheyenne all of the stars, I would!!! Cheyenne was referred to me by a client of mine. She used Cheyenne for her wedding and had worked alongside her at many other weddings. She told me I really needed to consider hiring Cheyenne for my wedding if I was using a planner because of the incredible work she knew she did. I can't emphasize enough how happy I am with hiring Cheyenne. Her attention to detail, thoughtfulness and caring speaks volumes. From the time she took over as of my day-of wedding planner, I felt supported and confident that I would have the best wedding day ever. We had weekly check-in video or phone calls until a month out from wedding day, and bi-weekly check-ins for the whole month before my wedding. She would always keep me in the loop with tasks she had completed and guided me with whatever tasks I needed to complete. The morning of the wedding my mom and sister were freaking out with anxiety and asking me, “Why aren’t you nervous?!” I replied, “What do I have to be nervous about?” Between the numerous variables being managed by Cheyenne, and seeing how she handled all of my vendors via phone and email leading up to the day, I really felt that I did not have to worry about a thing. My gut was right because the day was flawless and I was completely able to enjoy myself. And while I was able to enjoy myself, I was even happier that my husband could enjoy himself thanks to Cheyenne’s assistant. He helped my husband navigate the day without worrying about anything other than enjoying himself. My husband is a VERY picky man, so the fact that he was floored by Cheyenne’s services says a lot LOL. For that, I will be forever grateful. Your day will be what you want and more with the help of Cheyenne. Don’t think twice about working with her over your other choices!

Working with Miranda, Raquel, and Kylie was a true pleasure. Kylie assisted us at our rehearsal the day before our wedding, practicing the ceremony to ensure we understood the process and best practices for each bridal party member. Miranda and Raquel were there for us on our wedding date, helping set up decor, running to get breakfast for the bridal party, and being the point of contact with all our vendors. At one point, as the bride, I was getting overstimulated with all the pictures being taken in a short amount of time, and Miranda/Raquel had my back by making sure I had water and 30 minutes to center before our ceremony. I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! McKenna was amazing at time management throughout the day, and she was so helpful to not only us, but our families, wedding party and guests as well. Everything went perfectly on schedule and all the crazy ideas that we had came to life with no issues! It was truly the best day of our lives and it wouldn’t have been possible without McKenna’s help! 1000/10!! Evelyn is nothing less than a wedding rock star! We hired Evelyn for partial planning, design services and day-of coordination for our wedding that was (literally) across the country. She helped as find and book a majority of our vendors, all of which deserve their own 5-star reviews. She was extremely responsive and organized throughout the entire process. She did multiple site visits to ensure that our design could be accomplished. We had issues with a venue coordinator making promises that could not be kept that resulted in design changes, not once, but FOUR times, even as close to the date as 2 weeks and despite those set backs Evelyn handled it with the utmost professionalism and was still able to deliver on our (less than traditional) vision! We've had multiple guests say it was the best wedding they have ever attended and we couldn't agree more! If there were fires that needed put out, we (the bride and groom) never heard about them. The day was scheduled down to the minute and there was flawless execution across the board. It was truly the best day of our lives and we were able to enjoy every moment of it knowing full well everything was handled that needed handling. OH and did I mention that by the time we hired Evelyn, we had less than 6 months to accomplish EVERYTHING?! Yup - she's THAT good. If you need a wedding planner, look no further. Words can't describe how thankful I am to have had Jess and Jackie on my wedding day!!! Our day wouldn't have nearly gone as smoothly without them. They truly embraced the day and put all their energy into knowing inside and out our timeline, every detail, our vendors and our bridal party. I (the bride) was able to go about my entire day without having to worry about a single thing because they were taking the lead and handling it all. With a big bridal party and family, they ensured our most important people were where they needed to be and that we got all the photo shots that I had specified on my extensive list. All my expectations for the day that I had talked with them the months prior to our wedding were met and exceeded. Working with Greta for our February 2025 wedding was a dream come true. From the moment we met with her (and even before we signed a contract with her) she was incredibly supportive and helpful. If you want someone who is going to take care of every detail before you can even think to ask about them, she's your girl. From our first call, my husband and I knew we would be working with her. She has such a calming demeanor but she's also incredibly resourceful and uses her knowledge and abilities to the max. Having no family in the area, I really had to lean on her for a lot more than I thought I might, especially when I was having issues with my wedding dress. She even came with me to pick it up the first time!! Greta has so many connections and really knows her stuff when it comes to weddings. She'll be real with you about what's possible within your budget and she really helped us stay within ours - she has a great system that she provides you access to. I could go on and on about how amazing she is. I'm just sad that our wedding is now over and we won't have a reason to connect! We love you Greta!!!!

Courtney was the wedding planner of a wedding I attended. It was clear that every detail was well thought out and the event was a reflection of the couple and everything that was important to them. The venue was in a small town in upstate NY, quaint and charming, by the river. From the welcome bags at our hotel, and the newspaper with all the event details we knew we were in for a treat. The wedding venue was absolutely gorgeous, and beautifully decorated. There were thoughtful touches like the telephone to leave a message for the couple, the personalized watercolors of the attendees as momentous, and the sunglasses for the guests as we hung in the garden at the venue, this was one of the best events I have attended. And the band was outstanding, we danced all night. Courtney did a phenomenal job of thinking about the big and the small things. She is a true professional, who is thoughtful, creative, and detail oriented.
