With years of experience, he has served as the opening chef at renowned restaurants like Nerai and The Greek Tribeca in NYC. While passionate about Greek and Italian cuisines, Mike has also mastered flavors from Mexican and Middle Eastern kitchens. A graduate of the Art Institute of Colorado, Mike is currently the executive chef and owner of Home Bites. He focuses on creating memorable dining experiences that foster connections and celebrate life’s special moments through food.
