“Abigail was INCREDIBLE. I think of the entire wedding, hiring her was the best decision my (now) husband and I made. Neither of us had ever been to a wedding - and she explained/assisted with what decisions needed to be made, what we may have forgotten, and provided recommendations based on her experience. There were a few meetings prior to the day of the wedding, and I’ll be honest, I forgot to put 2 of them in my calendar. She didn’t treat me differently, and she was quite understanding and flexible - which meant a lot. She helped make my day the perfect day. I namely wanted a day-of coordinator to take the pressure off myself as well as my mom - and she did just that. She encouraged my mom to enjoy the day, she kept all logistical stuff out of my hands on the day. My mom told me after the fact that there was an issue with the table numbers, and Abigail was already working on a backup plan while they were still looking for the table numbers. It ended up working out - but I didn’t know anything about it till after. Her and her sister, Bree, provided a sense of calm and collected on the wedding day and stayed throughout the entire wedding. Abigail was there the night before at our rehearsal - and truly helped make it super smooth. Her and Bree were there as soon as the venue opened and left after they loaded all the decor in the car. Our card box was in our room, and the room was more made up than previously. It was magical. They truly were above and beyond. I am so grateful I hired Abigail and would recommend her to anyone looking for a day of coordinator. You will not be disappointed!!”

“We used beautiful Crazy, specifically Connie as our wedding coordinator/planner through the entire process. It was very early on in our 12 months of planning, that we knew we needed to have a coordinator. My wife is very Type A. And I knew we needed to find somebody who could also match that level of detail and structure. Connie exceeded our expectations. We had many meetings during the year of planning, even some where she was sick and still willing to get on a call with us. She always came to every meeting prepared and ready to go over every little detail. It provided myself and my wife a lot of ease because we knew that Connie had it. Everything was laid out in a document very easy for us to reference. Every inspo picture, every color choice, every vendor, and every moment in the timeline all laid out very easy to see. During the planning phase, she was fantastic! Then the day of our wedding arrived. A day that has a tendency to be filled with some stress and anxiety before the wedding even starts, but me, I had none. I was marrying my best friend, and I knew that the wedding was going to go perfectly smooth because Connie was there. She took care of setting everything up, communicating with vendors, having drinks ready for us as soon as we entered the reception, and even going as far as making our plates of food. Before the event started, she came up to me and immediately asked if I needed anything, asked how I was feeling, and told me if there was anything I needed to let her know. She also told me, that we were her third event of the weekend, and she hadn’t slept from the event the night before, because they had to get in the car and drive a few hours to us. But you couldn’t even tell. Her dedication, her commitment to the couple, and the attention to detail far exceeded our expectations. She helped deliver what is now one of the most magical days in both of our lives. If you’re looking for anybody to help out with your wedding, to make your day even more special and to hopefully take some stress off of you, I cannot recommend enough beautiful Crazy, specifically Connie!”

She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. “I found Alexa on the Knot and booked her for Monarch’s full wedding planning package as my husband & I were planning a wedding outside of Chicago in an unconventional venue, 9 months away, and lived in another state. It was a big challenge but from the initial consultation, we loved Alexa’s energy, organization, commitment and just knew we could trust her with our once in a lifetime event. The planning process was extremely organized, thorough and well-paced. She matched my attention to detail, tackled unplanned challenges with ferocity (which included a limited selection of vendors given the location of our venue) and was as dedicated to bringing my very specific vision to life as I was. She brought great vendor recommendations and connections and did countless hours of research on new vendors. Details were well-documented and thoroughly discussed to ensure all parties were aligned. Even though our venue was farther outside Chicago (Indiana), she ran several venue walkthroughs in-person, attended vendor visits with me, and always accommodated my husband and I’s busy schedule. As Alexa started to step away for her maternity leave (which started right before our wedding date), she did an amazing job ensuring her team was fully prepared to handle last minute preparations and day-of responsibilities. The day-of team of 3 were awesome with completely handling all details A-Z so I didn’t have to worry about anything, even despite some last minute changes due to weather! Due to the complexity of our venue, its location, short timeline, and being from out-of-state, we are SO GLAD we booked Monarch for their full planning package and had the privilege of working with Alexa! “Jojo is wonderful to work with, she listens to your input doesn’t force you to do things that will increase your budget. The day of the wedding, Jojo had full control of everything and did not worry me with vendor issues. Jojo made my wedding a successful wedding because of how smooth everything went. If something did not go has planned she will step up and find other alternatives. She is wonderful to work with and I’m glad I chose Jokay’s event. I will forever sing her praises!”

“Where do we begin? From the moment Camille offered her expertise to us, we knew we would be all good on our wedding day. Her vast experience in the event planning and coordinating space — she has worked as a caterer, day-of coordinator, full blown event planner — was evident from the first time meeting. Camille's attention to detail is a credit to her organization skills and depth of knowledge related to event and wedding planning. We did most of our planning ahead of time and brought Camille in to be our day-of coordinator. About two months before our wedding, we met with Camille and shared as many of our wedding details we had available and within a day, Camille had created an extremely detailed timeline for the entire weekend. Any element of the timeline that she did not have yet was highlighted red so we could figure out what information we needed to provide. She regularly would check in with us to make sure we were working to get those missing elements, and actually took over responsibility gathering some of it for us. Her knowledge of event planning helped us plan out when to schedule our entrance, first dance, dinner service for a wedding of 275, and speech timing to ensure we got out on the dance floor with plenty of time to dance. She connected all of our vendors and sent regular updates to them to make sure everyone was on the same page. As our day-of wedding coordinator, Camille was present at our rehearsal the night before. When it was time to really get going, Camille took charge and commanded the rehearsal with confidence. She walked me and my husband through her rehearsal process, got us set to practice, took notes for the day, and just made us feel certain that everything was going to work out. On the day of the wedding, our first look was at noon. When rain entered the forecast for the day, Camille quickly located an alternative first look location and communicated the change of plans with our photographer and wedding party, who got us where we needed to be. When we arrived at the wedding & reception venue around 2 p.m., we anticipated needing to help finish setting up the space. Camille, with a small team of our family and friends, got the entire space set and ready before we arrived. That let us relax and enjoy some time with our bridal party before the ceremony began. Camille is real, honest, and will tell you the truth when you need to hear it. She listens to what you're wanting and hoping for on your wedding day, and does everything she can to make that vision happen. She sees and thinks details about the day that wouldn't cross most people's minds. I would recommend Camille and Cherry on Top Creative Planning to anyone who wants to feel certain that their wedding day will feel perfect. (It won't be perfect though, because perfect never happens!)”

“We had the absolute pleasure of working with Michelle (Bustle & Lace) as our wedding coordinator at Sarabande Chicago, and I can't imagine our day without her support. Our wedding was a bit complex, it included a Hindu ceremony in the morning, followed by a break, then a traditional American-style cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. Michelle handled every piece with grace and precision. Having had an Indian-fusion wedding herself, she was especially knowledgeable about many of the cultural details involved, which made us feel even more confident and understood throughout the process. One of the things that drew us to her was her unique coordination model, where we met with her every few months for a year leading up to the wedding. My husband and I knew that we wanted to stay very involved in the decision-making that went into wedding planning, and her package was the perfect fit for that. Even though we did a lot ourselves, Michelle’s expertise, thoughtful feedback, and vendor connections made the entire process feel guided and manageable. We actually enjoyed wedding planning more than we expected—largely because of her insight and support. She offered incredibly helpful input on our choices and timeline, and provided so much value long before the wedding day was even close. As we entered the final month, her coordination ramped up. She took the lead with our vendors, helped us stay on top of all our final tasks, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. She also led our venue walkthrough with the full vendor team, helped with setup the day before, and made sure we felt confident heading into the big day. On the wedding day itself, Michelle was a calm, steady, behind-the-scenes presence. If anything went wrong, we never knew—she handled it all. She checked in with us the perfect amount to make sure we were eating, feeling good, and truly enjoying ourselves. Thanks to her, I was able to feel fully present and at ease, soaking in every moment of the day. I’m so deeply grateful for the peace of mind Michelle gave us—not just on the wedding day, but throughout the entire process.
