“Olivia did an absolutely amazing job in making our wedding day everything we hoped for. It's hard to know where to start because wow she just knocked it out of the park from start to finish. If you have any hesitation in hiring a planner we are here to say do it! and hire Olivia, you will have no regrets and it would have been impossible to handle all the day of coordination and enjoy the day and be present with each other if Olivia was hard at work behind the scenes. She is incredible at here job and guided us every step of the way answering question and always there to bounce ideas off of. She found us all the right vendors and worked seamlessly with everyone to coordinate the ceremony and all the events leading up to it. She made the space beautiful even though we were on a budget. She even collected rocks from the Eugene area to help complete our table decorations! She rocks! She is not only the best at her job but she really took part in the party. Her and her team are so kind and genuinely happy to be part of the celebration with us. Kicking off the photo taking and moving people to the dance floor, just so fun. Olivia handles all the scheduling with family and vendor coordination in the weeks prior and day of so you really do just get to sit back and enjoy the day and be present. However, as my partner and I started talking more and more, we scoped out what it would take to have a smooth, aesthetically pleasing and gay as he** wedding in the PNW. “Kaila is really great! We hired her as our day-of coordinator for our recent micro wedding and it was absolutely one of the best decisions we made. She was able to advise us on the event timeline, toast procedure, etc. in the months leading up to the big day, which was incredibly helpful since we'd never done this before. She also attended our rehearsal and helped make sure everything ran smoothly and everyone knew the plan. She was great at collaborating with our officiant during this process as well.
