Moondream Florals
Rating: 5.0 (1 review)
  • Starts at $3,000
  • Serves Phoenix, NY

I have always had a deep-rooted love for all things Mother Nature. My childhood passion led me to a MS in Conservation Biology, focusing on endangered species and ultimately sustainable agriculture. During that time, I fell in love with floral design. I truly enjoy working with my hands and being creative. I love combining the elements of Mother Nature in an enchanting and elegant way that creates a greater appreciation for our magnificent natural world. Combining my educational background with floral design, I strive to source as much locally grown and in-season products as possible, ultimately promoting a more sustainable floral industry!

Tanya was great!! We first learned about her from a party our wedding planner threw and I knew right after that, Tanya would be the perfect person to help bring some color and pop into our wedding. The initial call with Tanya was educational. She is so knowledgeable about the flowers she works with and allowed me to look up the florals she was talking about to see if it would be something I would like. At the end of the call, she let me know that she would put a vision board together to send over for me. She let me know that might take a couple of days; it didn't. Within 24 hours she had it to me to review. That type of customer service is hard to find, but it is so appreciated! Throughout the planning process, Tanya kept in contact to see if I wanted to stick with the original plan, or change certain elements. There were times I had questions and Tanya answered them with lightening speed. As always, she was professional, knowledgeable, and educational. For our wedding, we went with bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, wine barrel arraignments, and flowers for bud vases. Tanya was not able to make it to our event, but she had her mother take her place and communicated this with us and also our wedding planner so we knew exactly what would be happening. Every arraignment was stunning and our flowers stayed alive for a week after our event so that we could continue to enjoy them. Overall, Tanya is fantastic and the florals she using are stunning. We are so happy we decided to go with her for our big day!

Wilder Gardens and Flowers
Rating: 5.0 (5 reviews)
  • Starts at $5,000
  • Serves Phoenix, NY

Hi! I'm Alex, owner and lead designer of Wilder, a wedding florist and floral design studio serving NYC, Syracuse, Rochester, The Finger Lakes, and beyond! Wilder has created florals for galas, fashion shows, and weddings at some of the best NYC venues for over a decade, and more recently, at boutique venues in Central New York. We approach our beautifully wild wedding flowers with passion, cohesiveness, and an environmental ethic, taking inspiration from the landscape around us. Most of my design blends more obvious blooms with forage from my land upstate, so that your wedding feels seasonal, natural, original and (elegantly ) wild.

We used Alexandra for our wedding in the Finger Lakes region and had a fantastic experience. She has a unique eye and really made our vision of greenery and soft, natural florals come to life. She was incredibly accommodating and imaginative. We trusted her taste completely. We were on a budget and she managed to make the place look we weren't!

Folls Flowers
Rating: 5.0 (3 reviews)
  • Starts at $4,500
  • Serves Phoenix, NY

Folls' Flowers started in 1999 with the purchase of a 98 acre farm in the Finger Lakes of Central New York. Thea Folls and daughter Heather Walz planted and cared for one acre of flowers to begin and have expanded over the last twenty years to include many different trees, flowering shrubs, perennials, bulbs and annual flowers. We are adding a high tunnel to expand our harvest season in the spring and we are also planting hundreds of new flowering shrubs including hydrangeas, hollies, spirea, pussy willows, and evergreens.

Thea and Heather were lovely to work with, and did an absolutely gorgeous job for our flowers. Our wedding was September 2019, and people who attended still talk about them! I love lots of colors and textures and they did an amazing job. Folls was truly a pleasure to work with!

At 1824 Farmhouse Creations, we have a passion for creating amazingly beautiful floral arrangements in a unique and memorable way. We love working with our brides to bring their dreams to life on their special day.

1824 Farmhouse Creations was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding day. The quality of their work was truly amazing - the bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres and toss bouquet they created were all high quality and absolutely beautiful. They brought my visions to life perfectly. We planned for a galaxy theme and she even was able to create flowers that went perfectly with the theme! I had requested no greenery and she made sure to use lavenders and blues as fillers instead! She listened to everything and took the time to really put together an amazing set for my special day! Such a sweet and talented team to work with, they made the entire experience wonderful. I cannot recommend 1824 Farmhouse Creations highly enough!

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers
Rating: 4.9 (78 reviews)
  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Phoenix, NY

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
I ordered the "peaches and cream" small package. We decided to skip on ceremony florals, and only have handhelds and bud vases at the reception. We did buy a few more flowers from the grocery to add more peach once the flowers arrived. We made and medium sized bridal bouquet, 4 bridesmaids bouquets, 3 corsages, and 7 bouts. (With lots of flowers left over). My bridesmaids and I did the arranging the morning before the wedding; it was fun, and a great start to the weekend. None of us had experience, but it all turned out great! If you or your bridal party are mildly crafty, I'd highly recommend it!

The Faux Bouquets
Rating: 5.0 (42 reviews)
  • Starts at $175
  • Serves Phoenix, NY

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

Awarded Best of Zola
Use The Faux Bouquets! I know there are a lot of options out there for faux florals, but this company really stands out. Absolutely gorgeous selections. We chose one of the more basic options because of our color scheme but there were so many more stunning, fun and colorful options out there as well! We used them for the bouquets and boutonnieres and it made life so easy. No need to worry about the flowers staying alive or getting water stains on your dresses. We had everything in bins ready to go before wedding day. Great pricing. The bouquets are so full and you can see the thought that goes into choosing the colors, type, and placement of each flower. The company communication is quick, kind, informative, and they are just all around amazing!

The artistry, professionalism, attention to detail, communication, ALL of it is truly impressive and I couldn’t be more thankful! The entire year leading up to my wedding I have been in touch with heather and she has been SO patient, helpful, and amenable to my pickiness lol. Everything was exactly the way I pictured in my head (even better actually). As soon as she arrived to the venue, she came to drop off our BEAUTIFUL bouquets at the bridal suite, gave my a hug, basically said “don’t worry I got this” and I never saw her again lol she came, dropped some magic, and vanished! Never had to worry about a thing with her there. I am so incredibly thankful for her and her team, 10000 thank yous! Highly highly highly recommend!

The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!

Mohican Flowers
Rating: 5.0 (5 reviews)
  • Serves Phoenix, NY

As a wedding floral designer, I am passionate about crafting unique arrangements that capture each couple's unique love story. I find great joy in transforming visions into beautiful realities, making their special day unforgettable.

Wedding May 2025, Beardslee Castle, Photos by Erin Covey Creative There's so many wonderful things to say, I hope I can cover them all. Hanna and Elle are outstanding florists and wonderful people to work with. My vision of flowers was was "pretty and lavender" and they took that and ran with it. My ceremony was originally meant to be outside but as the day got closer and the weather turned, Hanna made sure to be in touch with me and easily adjusted to doing the ceremony inside. Walking into the venue and seeing their work was incredible. The ceremony area was beautiful, the bud vases on the tables and along the mantels were so pretty and so perfect, me and my guests absolutely loved every detail. Hanna delivered the flowers to Beardslee, spent the afternoon setting up, and made sure to see me to give me and the bridesmaids our bouquets (which were STUNNING). From the initial consult all the way through to the wedding, she answered my questions, listened to my vision, and was all around amazing to work with. I can't recommend Mohican flowers enough, thank you Hanna and Elle!
