Went to a welcome party here and it definitely felt like an event, not just a casual beach hang. The setup had this vintage Mediterranean feel — striped umbrellas, mismatched bistro chairs, weathered tables — like something out of a 70s travel postcard. It all came together in a way that felt thoughtful but still relaxed. The setting by the ocean added to the vibe, but it was really the aesthetic that made it feel special. Super cool spot for a kickoff gathering.

Didn't know this place existed! Went there for a reception. Dinner was super beautiful - long tables, string lights, and perfect weather. Felt really easy and fun. Then we moved into the barn and it turned into a full-on party. Disco ball, fog, lights, DJ — everyone was dancing. Honestly one of the best dance floors I’ve seen at a wedding. Really hidden gem.

We hosted our reception at the Courtyard Santa Barbara Downtown right after getting married at the courthouse, and it was absolutely perfect. The rooftop was amazing and such a unique spot to celebrate with our guests. We kept things simple with a buffet and bar, and it was exactly what we wanted. Our guests were so surprised by the location and how beautiful the hotel itself is. The service was great, and the planning process beforehand was easy and stress-free. The only thing we had to coordinate was decor, everything else was provided by the hotel. The drive from the courthouse took less than five minutes, which made everything so easy. We loved it!!

Everyone at Live Oak made it easy for us to achieve the wedding setup we envisioned. From showing us photos of the space with others' decor, to sending us links with suggestions, coming to the venue to help us plan at times that worked for us, working with us to create a checklist and timeline, and showing up early/ staying late to clean up, we felt that the people at Live Oak really wanted to help us achieve the wedding that worked for us. On the day of the wedding, it was nice to have the Cottage as a room to prep and primp, and I was able to see the arriving guests while staying unseen. We also stored flowers in the kitchen fridge, which helped keep them fresh. Overall, we were consulted as to our wishes prior to the event, then during the actual wedding, things that needed to be done "behind the scenes" were taken care of, which left us able to focus on our guests and each other.

The Ojai Retreat & Inn was everything we could have asked for for our wedding in early November!! We rented the whole property for our wedding party and the weekend felt like a dream oasis! Before the wedding, we were able to immerse ourselves in the serenity of the Ojai Retreat by taking a stroll on the nature path. We also enjoyed nearby restaurants (Bonnie Lu's for breakfast and Ca'Marco for our Rehearsal Dinner) that were a short car ride away. We used the living room area and the upstairs library for getting ready spaces and they were well air-conditioned and provided more than enough space for all of us- without the groom seeing the bride, of course. Then during our ceremony and reception, the beauty of the landscape and views made for marvelous photos and memories! It was truly magical and felt like an enchanted fairytale! On top of the beauty of the property, everyone who works at the Ojai Retreat & Inn is so kind and helpful! A special thank you to Dana and Lia for your help and to all the workers who helped move lawn furniture before our rentals needed to unload. They were so flexible with us and worked with us on our many random questions and requests. We can't wait to come back to the Ojai Retreat & Inn for our anniversaries!!

I recently had my wedding here on March 16, 2024. I had to come and leave a review because my husband and I are so happy with our experience. From the moment we booked the venue (March 2023) until the day of our wedding, the staff at Pacific View Tower was very responsive and always available for questions. Brittany is a true rock star and not only made our vision come to life but exceeded all our expectations. Along with that, their floral vendor, Maribel, really listened to my wants and made our wedding look stunning. All of our guests were blown away by the venue, the service, and the food. We already loved Zaca Creek after a special previous stay, but this made it 10x as special. Chelsea was hands-on, going above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. We had the absolute best experience at Fillmore Chapel for our wedding! From start to finish, everything was beautifully organized, stress-free, and truly exceeded our expectations. The space itself is stunning and created the perfect atmosphere for both our ceremony and reception. Our guests are still talking about how gorgeous everything was. From the very beginning, Logan gave us such a warm and informative tour. He answered every question and made us feel completely confident that we had found the perfect venue. Brittany, our wedding coordinator, was an absolute rockstar. She is patient, organized, understanding, and genuinely caring throughout the entire planning process. She kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes so we could actually relax and enjoy our day. Her attention to detail and calm, positive energy made such a difference. A huge shoutout to our bartenders, Laura and Ruby. They were friendly, efficient, and fun, and our guests kept complimenting how welcoming they were throughout the evening. And the food was incredible! Everything was delicious and beautifully presented, and so many of our guests told us how much they loved it. At the end of the night, Tristan and the entire team carefully gathered our decorations, which made packing up so much easier for us. That kind of attention to detail really meant a lot. This was the best venue! The staff was so nice, we loved our coordinator for our wedding planning and for the day of, she was so helpful and kind. Ken and his staff were also so welcoming. My husband and I stepped foot on the land and instantly knew this was where we wanted to get married. We got married 1.5 years ago but guests still tell us to this day how much they loved our venue. There’s plenty of parking, I loved how everything is nicely sectioned off without creating actual rooms or borders. There’s plenty of place for games and photos and everything you need here. I honestly wouldn’t change a thing about our wedding and highly recommend this venue. Would get married to my husband again here 10/10 lol!

Working with the teams at Eden Gardens, Velvet Alley Events, and Command Performance Catering greatly exceeded our expectations! This was the venue of our dreams and definitely worth the price. The venue itself is gorgeous, but it also comes with some great amenities that made it a perfect fit for us (such as the cottage and bungalow to get ready in as well as the accessibility). It was easy for our guests to get to, there is plenty of parking, and the whole space is just beautiful. We loved all of the peacocks and water features - it feels like you're walking into an oasis. The cottage and bungalow were as huge plus for us as we got to hang out and get ready before the ceremony in the AC with our friends and family. Our guests kept telling us how much they loved the venue as well as the Eden Gardens, Velvet Alley Events, and CPC staff as everyone was so helpful and friendly. We are also really glad to have chosen preferred vendors, as everyone worked together seamlessly and knew exactly how to get around the venue. The venue and coordinator teams were extremely thorough with the information they provided and helped us through every step of the process. Soltana was able to answer all of our questions and made sure everything went according to plan. This made the day of the wedding completely stress-free and everything ran so smoothly. We couldn't recommend them more and are so happy to have worked with them!

Rancho de las palmas is what dreams are made of! I loved the fact that only one event happens at a time so we didn’t have to share the space with anyone else. From the beautiful bridal suite to the option for a tree house-like play area for the kids with the option to hire babysitters, the venue offers it all. As a bonus they even offer an option for a pay-it-forward room that offers an incredible amount of decor items to choose from and all the little details that can be stressful to put together or sometimes can be forgotten about like card holders or signage options. Getting married in southern california can be expensive but I found that their prices were incredibly reasonable in comparison to other places. What I was most impressed with were the professionalism and attentiveness of the coordinators Laura and Jenn. Laura was always there to answer questions and was right there from beginning to end to make sure that our day was perfect. When we had an issue with our cake delivery on the day of, they went above and beyond to take care of the problem while making sure everything ran smoothly and stress-free. Words cannot truly describe what an amazing experience our wedding was and Laura and Jenn were the ones that made it all possible. Thank you both! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to book a venue!
