Northville Hills Golf Club has an elegant banquet room with high wood-beamed ceilings, a beautiful mahogany bar, a cozy fireplace, and panoramic windows looking out onto the golf course. Our venue has a covered outdoor patio and open courtyard with a pond, which is where our ceremonies are held. We have several package options to meet each couple’s needs and desires. Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those.
