“I cannot say enough good things about our DJ (Jon)! My now husband and I had some concerns regarding some of our family members and we discussed them with Jon prior to the event. Jon respected our wishes and was so professional about everything. He handled things extremely well. We had an issue with the pastor who married us. We had asked the pastor a week or two prior to the wedding if he would at least come by the reception hall to say the blessing at the wedding (He said yes at the time.), and he no-showed. Jon had announced that the pastor would come up and say the blessing, and of course there was radio silence because we quickly realized the pastor wasn’t there. Once we told Jon that he didn’t show up, Jon said a quick blessing and our meal began. We started the dances, and we could not keep people off of the dance floor. Jon kept pace with the crowd so well and everyone had such a blast! What my husband and I didn’t realize at the time was that my husband’s Uncle Joe had a surprise song picked out for us as well as green Irish polo shirts made for all of us (inside joke) and we essentially had a bit of a flash mob at our wedding. Kudos to Jon for going along with his idea! That was so funny and it made our wedding so special. Overall, it was a wonderful evening and I truly hope every couple is blessed with a DJ like Jon. I don’t think he could have done anything better honestly. You will not find a better DJ in the St. Louis / Metro East area! Thanks Jon!”

“Hamza was our dj for our interracial marriage. My side of the family is Hispanic while my husband's side is black. I read some of his reviews before we booked him. My husband and I were worried that our family cultures would clash at the reception so we discussed the situation with him in advance and informed him to play a certain type of music and ignore any requests. He did exactly what we told him to and although we (our immidiate family) had a lot of fun, many of my side of the family didn't like modern music and bugged him and our parents about it. There were 350 guests at the wedding. Hamza told us about the situation and suggested that we should just let him take control. Now, for context, we didn't inform him that the guests wanted Mariachi or Cumbia prior to the event. The event hall didn't had any internet. This guy played the absolute best set playing some of the best hits that my relatives loved. We hired him for 8 hours of reception. But he stayed till 3am giving all of us the best times of our lives. When our guests left and when we told him to pack, he told me and husband that you should have a couple of songs that you both can slow dance to which just made my night. He saved us from a lot of embarrassment and made our wedding extra special. He was on time and his setup was great.”

“Trust me when I say, book them early and book them now! Spectrum Band was the most affordable band with HIGH quality performance. 2 years later and people still comment on how much energy the band brought to our reception! I was a very particular bride when it came to our music, and they followed my suggestions to a “T” AND they even learned our first dance song so we could dance to it live and not have a recorded version. He made sure our ceremony, cocktail hour and speeches were able to be heard and then absolutely killed at keeping the party going once the reception started! We were so impressed by how he arranged our must play songs, and how he was able to sort through guest requests to only play the good ones. Post wedding, our DJ is something that all of our family and friends have mentioned being impressed by. We’d definitely recommend! The only drawback was not having access to the dashboard within 30 days of event. KRS Entertainment has been around since 1999 formally known as KRsound. The company was started by accident, by a DJ not showing up to a house party. I thought outside the box and got two portable cd players and a surround amp receiver and played. We are good at last minute situations or problem solving.

From the jazz band during cocktail hour to the cover band during the reception, they played the right tunes to fit the mood.
