The booking process was seamless, and he worked with us to create a custom menu that fit our theme. We chose a mix of passed appetizers, and a plated dinner. The oxtails and were incredibly tender, and the brisket was a huge hit! On the day of the event, the catering team arrived early, set up beautifully, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Not only was the food delicious,the pricing was fair for the quality, and there were no unexpected costs. “Jolas Kitchen catered at our wedding on December 27th. I cannot say enough good things about Chef Jola, she was so communicative, and made excellent recommendations and suggestions, which was so helpful to me as a first time bride who had never planned such a large event before. We were absolutely blown away by the presentation, and the care and attentiveness of chef Jola and her team. I have never worked with such thoughtful and kind caterers, they really thought of everything and made the night such a wonderful and stress free experience for us. The food was absolutely amazing and our guests could not stop talking about how much they loved everything, from the Beef Suya (my personal favorite) to the Cole Slaw, to the Jollof and Meat Pies, and the Puff Puff. A lot of brides don’t eat much on their wedding day, but I cleaned my whole plate and even took some home with me. Highly recommend!”

“I can’t rave enough about Chrissy’s communication and final products! She can take a scrambled mess of an idea and bring it to perfection. We have used her for beautiful cakes, delicious meals and all sorts of desserts. If you haven’t tried her grape salad, put it on your list! I’m excited to try the new BBQ too! She takes care of the tiniest details to elevate the experience….things I would have never thought of. I know that I can trust her to do the job without constantly checking up on her. That leaves me time to do my business. Cleanliness is important. Chrissy’s bakery is probably one of the cleanest places I’ve seen. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her business.”

All of my guests loved them and they were also able to take some home if they wanted to save one for later. Additionally, working with the Tuck-ins team was great; they're very responsive and were even able to customize the labels on the Tuck-ins to have our names and wedding date on them. It was truly a unique part of our wedding and I think everyone enjoyed it. Highly recommend!”
