“When my husband and I started our journey to plan our wedding, I knew we were going to need some help. We are non traditional, with very eclectic tastes, and we were going to need someone special to help us pull off all of our insane ideas. I extensively researched over 20 coordinators, had a phones calls with 5 different companies, but ultimately I knew Ashley from Rose Event Co. was going to be the one. From the start she personable, intelligent, and made me feel understood in what our vision was for our special day. Throughout the process she was punctual with all of our appointments, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel confident leaving my type A personality and needs in her hands. The weekend of the wedding came, and a lot of creative problem solving as well. We rented a private mansion for our event and did the rehearsal the day before. Ashley was there early, having already communicated with my other vendors and the venue to make sure we would be prepared for our big day. What we didn't expect was the kitchen under construction, furniture and decor that had not been moved at our previous requests(but promised), rooms that we had planned for, but could no longer use, and the Venue staff not "remembering" months worth of text and phone call conversations about our needs and expectations, as well as their promises and what they were supposed to deliver. There were other issues, but I digress. Ashley immediately stepped in with ideas and to be the go between with the Venue, and to help troubleshoot the long list of problems that had now come up. The night before was stressful for my Husband and I, not knowing if we were going pull this off, but I knew with Ashley, we were in good hands. The day of she brought her A game, a stunning red dress, and handled business. She was not afraid to get involved and make sure everything we wanted happened. She listened to our needs, knew when to step up or step down, was super flexible in our timeline and made sure to handle any issues that arose during the wedding. Her ability to read a situation and adapt to the issues at hand made her the perfect fit to our crazy ideas. She has incredible creative problem solving and is kind hearted and hard working. If it wasn't for Ashley, we could not have pulled off our day. I would recommend her 10x's over, to any bride that wants an absolute badass by their side. “All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. Overall we were blown away by Dana and her team’s professionalism and dedication to our wedding. Dana’s communications were always prompt, detailed, and thorough every step of the way, making the planning process a breeze. She lead our rehearsal too which is exactly what we needed. “Hiring Victoria was the best decision we could have made for the success of our wedding! VEVENTS was our venue's preferred day-of coordinator, and we understood why after our first meeting. Victoria is organized, capable, approachable, and really knows her stuff. She's also just plain fun! Every meeting felt like a discussion with a (very efficient) friend. She offered ways we could bring our wedding vision to life, recommended vendors that fit our needs and values, and gave us real talk about how to prioritize and allocate our budget. We opted for a mini planning package in addition to day-of coordination, and I'm so glad we did. “Zoe put in so much hard work leading up to the wedding and especially on the day of. She pulled off a huge afternoon tea wedding with grace, good cheer, and patience. Everything was just so beautiful, I didn’t want it to end! Every time I talk to my mama about what an incredible job she did she says Zoe never stopped working so quickly and efficiently the whole day!! From the moment I spoke with Zoe, I knew I wanted her to be the one to make my afternoon tea wedding reception come true! She is so kind and organized and quick to respond to questions. She made a timeline for the wedding and added teacups, teapots, and a cute cart to the timeline so it wasn't just text on white paper. She really is more of a months-before-coordinator instead of a day-of-coordinator. She responded to texts and emails quickly and helped me stay calm leading up to the wedding day. Zoe met me, my then future husband, my mama and dad, and our caterer at the bridge club about two weeks before the big day. She helped figure out where everything was going to go and had a contingency plan in case it rained (which it did) She timed out how long it would take for my parents to walk me down the aisle so we knew how long we could let the processional song play. On the big day, it was raining but that didn't spoil Zoe's mood or ability to put everything together in a timely manner. She worked alongside our tea service person to set 14 tables with different color tablecloths, mismatched teacups, saucers, bread plates, luncheon plates, 3-tiered stands, water glasses, coupe glasses, napkins, decorative books, table numbers, bud vases, and wedding favors for 52 people. She also set-up our welcome table with bread and butter, water dispensers, guest book, and library card catalog for the seating chart. In addition to all this, she made sure I had my bouquet and was ready to walk down the aisle on-time, played the 3 different songs we had for the ceremony, and wrangled the guests to be seated and placed our floral arrangements on either side of the alter. During the afternoon tea she poured water, Prosecco, and sparkling apple cider for everyone. She played our Spotify playlist from her phone and brought out the wedding cake for us to cut. Once the reception was over, she and our tea server packed up all of the items so our Taskrabbit person could take everything back to our condo. She did this so quickly and efficiently and told me and my husband we didn't need to help. I really don't think we could have pulled off such a huge event without her!! Oh! and she was so sweet during the getting ready portion of the day, she gave me a glass teapot ornament as a wedding day gift (((*warm fuzzies*)))”

We hired Erin for our month of coordinator almost 2 years in advance. From the beginning, she was very responsive, informative, kind, and helpful. I am pretty organized, and she consistently thought of questions I didn't! I was very impressed with her demeanor with myself and the rest of our vendors. Our venue required a pre-approved coordinator, and Erin took the steps to contact them to make sure she would work out, and we are so glad she did! She did everything she said she would and then some. She reached out to all of our vendors, worked with us on our timeline (many times!), attended our rehearsal, and never got frustrated even when we had a lot going on. Erin felt more like a friend than a coordinator, and we are so happy we got to spend our special day with her. “My wife, Lindsey, and I were blown away by Tabria and her assistant Rebecca! Tabria was our day-of coordinator, and made everything go so smoothly the entire time. It was the most beautiful, perfect day! No wedding is completely perfect, and we absolutely had our little mistakes here and there, to no fault of our own–just misplacing items and not being able to find certain ceremony items. Tabria was there for us 110% and still made sure everything went right! Somehow our glassware for the traditional “breaking of the glass” went missing, and she was able to find replacement glassware for us to use! I was having a small issue with the venue the morning of–our sound equipment had not been provided yet, and I thought that it was arriving a little later than expected, even though I was told it would be there at the time of set up. When it was getting closer and closer to the ceremony, and there was still no sound equipment, I asked for Tabria’s help. I was getting really stressed out and it was eating into my getting ready time. She was so, so helpful, and even gave me advice on how to approach talking to the venue manager about it once she arrived on site. I so appreciate her help–without it, I fear I would have completely lost my cool. I was also trying to help folks decorate and let them know where things go, but with the stress of this situation, I was really overwhelmed. She told me not to worry about things, took the reins, and everything was absolutely gorgeous when we walked out. One of my groomsmen had a terrible rip in his pants right before the ceremony started. We have no idea how it happened, but it was really bad. Thankfully, his suit jacket covered it for the ceremony, but he was obviously horrified and wanted to be able to take his jacket off. We later learned that Tabria sent her assistant, Rebecca, out on a mission to get him a new pair of pants! Our wedding venue was tucked away in Wine Country, in Newberg, and she had to drive at least 20-30 mins into town to find something for him, in his size, in the correct color. She came back with a new pair of pants and my groomsman was amazed and relieved! All in all, the schedule of events worked out exactly as we had planned it, and she was so lovely to work with. We could not have asked for a better coordinator! We cannot recommend Tabria enough! You can truly trust her!”

“We got married August 2025 and Marie delivered the best service! Before the wedding she helped me with so many things including timeline and communicate with all my vendors! Day of we were on cloud 9! Even if something went wrong we had no idea and everything was taken care of and dealt with. “We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!”

“My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Haley in two different capacities for our wedding – both as our day of coordinator and our florist – and she knocked it out of the park on both counts. She was so easy to work with, kept us on track with the planning process without making us feel stressed, and was incredibly organized with checklists, regularly scheduled calls, and detailed notes every step of the way. She asked our other vendors all of the questions that we never would have thought to ask and handled communication and coordination with all of them effortlessly. On the day of our wedding, she was so calm, collected, supportive, and on top of every little detail – the name of her business fits her work perfectly! And then the flowers! Initially I had only a vague idea of what I wanted: mostly neutral-colored, with some greenery and a pop of color. Haley asked all the right questions to narrow down exactly what I was looking for and sent along lots of example photos to help me make some decisions. She took all of those inputs and put together the most beautiful bouquets (and boutonnieres and corsages!) that I have ever seen. She truly has a talent for floral arrangements. If you have any question about whether you need a day of coordinator: you do. And you would be lucky to have Haley as your guide!!!”
