“We had three events to coordinate for my son's wedding. The small family wedding, a larger wedding reception and a casual get together gathering the night before the wedding reception. The first two events were planned months in advance; the casual get together gathering was planned the day before it occurred. All three events were coordinated by Regarding Events staff, to a level beyond my expectations. Details of the simplest and complex nature were anticipated and addressed. Cost estimates for the events and the wedding planner activities were very close to the actual costs. The same is true for the time needed for preparation and the actual celebrations. This allowed my husband and me to fully enjoy the experiences and the emotions. I highly recommend Regarding Events for the planning of your next occasion.”

“All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. Overall we were blown away by Dana and her team’s professionalism and dedication to our wedding. “We had the pleasure of meeting Grace in 2019 when we were originally planning for our wedding for June of 2020. Due to Covid 19, we had to reschedule our wedding to May 2021, and Grace was a great support the whole time. As our plans kept changing, with through loss of family members, and the stress that Covid caused, Grace never missed a beat. She was there always adapting, and offering to help, to make sure our wedding day was special. When we had to reduce our guest list by more than half, change our venue, change vendors, she communicated with all our new vendors like she had been working with them all along. Grace is the living definition of calm; honestly you would wonder if she ever gets nervous doing this over and over again. She is the most patient, caring person you would want on your wedding day. The work that she put in to make sure our wedding was unique and full of love despite the chaos the whole world was under was unforgettable. It was hard to settle for a small wedding, but everything was so well coordinated that we really believe that we couldn’t have had a better wedding day. Our ceremony was so thoughtfully created by her that after our wedding was over, so many people asked us if Grace was a close friend. After two years my husband and I still talk about how Grace and her assistant came through for us. She has become a great friend, and one of our favorite person.
