“Just rent the flowers y’all - after getting multiple thousands of dollars in quotes from florists for our tiny dinner party wedding I started to look for other options. SSB had great reviews, in person or zoom consultations and a VERY helpful FB group that helped me pull the trigger even being pretty skeptical that the quality wouldn’t be there. Fast forward to the day I unboxed them and I was floored, some of the petals even FEEL REAL. Don’t know how they do it. Shipping was easy, fast and return labels were in sticker form to just pop back on. Our guests had no idea they weren’t real, especially with our low light reception it was impossible to tell. It was a breezed - we spent about 450 for 9 large centerpieces, bouquet and a few boutonnières for the guys from the Marlowe collection rather than the 2-3k quite well we’re getting from florists here in Atlanta that at the end of the day aren’t sustainable and would have looked the same (at best). Just rent the flowers y’all.”

She was on time, organized, set everything up perfectly. “The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!”

After working in a few flower shops over the years, I realized that my true passion was wedding and event floral design. In 2007, I decided to start Andrea D’Amelio Floral Design. A flower studio dedicated exclusively to weddings and all other special occasions. I look forward to seeing each bride’s face light up upon delivery of her bouquet and nothing is more thrilling than viewing a decorated event space that I designed! Transforming each space to make it even more beautiful, bringing each of my clients vision to life, making their day magical and memorable! That is what makes my job meaningful, exciting and why I love what I do!

“Angela did an absolutely amazing job with the flowers for our small wedding! She created the most beautiful centerpieces and my dream bridal bouquet—exactly what I had envisioned. I wanted something with deep red, wine-toned roses that felt a little grand but still romantic, and she completely nailed it. The bouquet was perfect!
