“I came to your team 6 weeks out from my wedding after a bad experience at a previous hair and makeup trial with another vendor, feeling very sensitive and nervous about how hair and makeup with another team would go. After a perfect trial with Heather and Suzy, I was so relieved and confident about working with them on my wedding day. After the trial, I made a last minute change on my hairstyle for the wedding by deciding I wanted a flower crown, and took a leap of faith in hoping that Suzy would be able to help put it on me during a very tight window as a surprise for the ceremony. I mean it to my core when I say that I could not be more elated about how it all turned out. Suzy absolutely crushed it. Heather completely understood what I was asking for and flawlessly executed it. They both listened to my requests and feedback without judgement and did an amazing job. I also really appreciated that they both heard me when I let them know I was introverted and probably would want to use my hair and makeup time as a social battery recharge opportunity rather than engaging. I really felt like they respected this and did not take it personally, and I never had to remind them of it. I even noticed how they adapted their engagement depending on which people in my wedding party they were working on. One of my bridesmaids is much more extroverted and I overheard her having a wonderful conversation with Heather. Another bridesmaid is as introverted as I am and I observed she and Suzy working together in a peaceful environment of mutual respect for the silence. “Rita and her team did a great job with the hair and makeup for my wedding in November 2024. She was very responsive during the booking process, everything was very clear and seamless. The trial went well and she made sure that I liked how everything looked. Everything on the day of the wedding looked as expected based on the trial. I hardly ever wear makeup and asked for a more natural look and it turned out perfect! I also have fine hair and was worried about having volume, but Rita was able to make my hair look thicker than it is. Both the hair and makeup lasted all night and still looked good after being done around 12pm. We had 6 people getting services and everything was done on time by Rita and her assistant, she provided a schedule so that I was able to let people know when they could arrive. “I hired Ashley for hair and Cheryl for makeup for myself and 4 members of my wedding party. They were amazing, and exactly what I wanted! We did a trial session a few months before the wedding and it went really well. I wanted to do a colorful makeup look for my Indian wedding and Cheryl was totally on board with bold green eyeshadow! Ashley was also super helpful with all the headwear necessary for the event, giving us advice for how to prep my dupatta (veil) to keep it in place and that sort of thing. On the wedding day itself, they did a great job quickly sussing out the different styles and tastes of the wedding party. They also had something in common with everyone and were chatting and joking with us all morning! They finished up right on schedule, and were able to do touch ups before the ceremony started. Everyone's hair and makeup lasted beautifully through 12 hours of dancing, sweating, rain, and happy tears! I'd absolutely book them again, they were a joy to work with!”

“Tisha and her team did a wonderful job with my October 2024 wedding. I could not have been happier with this hair and make up vendor. Tisha is kind, easy to work with, truly cares about the brides and families she works with, and is very professional. I had about 20-25 ladies that needed to be ready (both hair and make up) by 11:30am that day. Tisha talked to me well in advance to make sure we had the right number of artists, she asked for everyone's hair and make up preference in advance so her team knew what to expect/ supplies to bring, and she works well with everyone from auntie to bridesmaids to bride to flower girl. She kept me consistently updated and did a trial with me to make sure i was comfortable. I highly recommend this vendor if you're a bride looking for someone to have your back. I could not be more grateful to this company.”

“I honestly don’t want to review her cause someone might steal her from me haha she’s a hidden gem ! A diamond in the rough ! I used to hate when other people would do my makeup but not with her . With any occasion I have used her she always made the look how I wanted it… whether soft with a glow or over the top with a bold lip . I come from a family of artists and her work is art , your face is a canvas she will never paint the same picture , she is all about giving you the personalized look the goes with your skin tone , vibe , outfit or anything else your thinking . “I booked JSL for my wedding and do not regret it! I decided to do the bridal package and it was so so worth it. My engagement photos were stress free and I felt like I looked wonderful. It was also a chance to get to know my artist and them know my hair/face (I had Judy :)). Then I had my trail and wedding day still! Those touch ups wow did they come in handy…. My wedding day turned into rain then CRAZY wind. My hair was a MESS after the ceremony. But she fixed me up! And we changed the look for reception! No complaints at all! And my goodie bag, so thoughtful and great for wedding day!”
