“A few things that stood out the most about Isaac were how responsive he was, how he was able to accommodate to our budget, and how he took pictures from angles and views that turned out great on the photos. As a couple with demanding careers, I much appreciated how quickly Isaac was with replying to emails. We had a pretty tight budget, and Isaac was able to offer us a package that landed pretty close to our budget and only had the items that we needed the most (mini engagement photoshoot for the website and wedding day). Our ask for him was to get some candid shots as we feel pretty awkward in front of the camera. I personally think that the wedding day pictures came out more naturally because of the setting being surrounded with friends and families, and Isaac and Sushen did a great job capturing the candid moments beautifully. Isaac even had an idea for me to pose by climbing up a wooden stair ladder for a shot that I honestly wasn't sure how it was going to turn out while doing it, but it ended up turning out beautiful and magazine-like in addition to other ones that he asked us to pose for. Isaac put together a behind the scenes video that also showed the reactions of guests to our photo place cards before we had entered the reception area, and this was lovely in that we got to see our guests' reactions that we weren't able to see.”

“My husband and I booked Blacktie Brothers as our videographer for our wedding in October 2023, and we could not have been more pleased. Mitchell, myself, and both of our families were SO impressed by your team at our wedding. On the day of our wedding, there were quite a few challenges to making the day go as smoothly as I had hoped, mainly the rain caused us to have to move our ceremony inside. The wedding coordinator associated with the venue did not follow up on a few of the tasks she had agreed to doing, namely being present during the photo session to make sure I was comfortable and hydrated. The entire media team at Blacktie Brothers stepped in and handled it so professionally, even getting me water when I felt faint from all of the commotion. Our day wouldn’t have gone as smoothly as it had without the help Blacktie Brothers gave us. We opted for the raw footage package, so we received an edited movie of our wedding as well as all the raw footage of our day on a thumb drive. The movie they made is amazing. The song they chose for the ceremony portion of the movie was a special choice— the lyrics reflected some aspects of our story as a couple. It was so thoughtfully crafted and makes me cry whenever I see it! The team was responsive and professional throughout the entire wedding planning process. Any question or concern we had was met with a genuine, timely response. The movie and the raw footage is now something we can have and share for the rest of our lives, and they so beautifully preserved the memory of our day. “Rob was sooo amazing! Long story short, we hired him for our wedding but we ended up moving our states wedding to destination. We asked if we can put our deposit towards an engagement shoot instead. He did such an amazing job and he was so prepared day of. He bought his equipment and even a DRONE!! We went to two locations, the American Museum of Natural History and the Castle on the Upper West side of Central Park. He let us be us but also posed us. We felt at ease and taken care of. He sent us back the photos pretty quickly too! 11/10 recommend!!”
