Our venue required a pre-approved coordinator, and Erin took the steps to contact them to make sure she would work out, and we are so glad she did! “Rachelle was the MVP of our whole planning process but especially our wedding day! We used the There For You Package and it was worth every penny. Most of our vendors were recommended by Rachelle, and were all so great to work with. Our wedding planning process was made more organized with a planner she supplied to us. In the weeks prior to our wedding, we met with Rachelle who helped walk us through the timeline for our day, and let us know what elements would work best in what order. She helped to incorporate everything we wanted into one seamless schedule. She organized this timeline with vendors and coordinated arrivals so we didn’t have to, and it was such a relief to not have to worry about managing arrivals and leave it to the professional instead! Where she really shined was on the wedding day itself. She came prepared to help set up decorations so we didn’t have to. She got the marriage license mailed so we didn’t need to worry about it. She ensured gifts and cards were stored away into a vehicle and managed the clean up of the venue so we could go home and rest. She wanted our day to be for us to relax, enjoy, and savor the moment. She delivered on that goal because going into the day, the only thing on our mind was the excitement we felt! The night before our wedding, we learned that the venue had removed one of our tables and we had to redo our seating chart - April sprang into gear, helping us to get a new print-out of seating arrangements as well as verifying their accuracy the morning of the big day. She ensured all of our vendors were on time, kept me from having to deal with day-of difficulties (last-minute cancellations, timing issues, overzealous family members, etc.), and helped us clean up at the end of the night.
