“Let’s start off by saying that I planned my own wedding, and I am quite particular and critical. Having also attended art school with a BFA in photography, it’s especially challenging for me to find another creative whom I'm both impressed by their portfolio/aesthetic and can trust as another artist. With that being said, I am so happy that I found Carlo and his wonderful team through my friend.
Hands down, Carlo’s team was my FAVORITE VENDOR, and a vendor that I feel incredibly fortunate to have hired and believe is worth every penny for the extra services we paid for. In weddings where a million things could go wrong in so many directions, Carlo’s team went above and beyond. Every time I look back, I am filled with a sense of gratitude and relief that I hired him. This feeling cannot be said for other vendors.

Communication: Carlo was THE MOST RESPONSIVE vendor out of everyone I worked with. He always acknowledged receipt of emails and took the time to answer all of my questions. Carlo managed expectations well and was super proactive throughout the process. Although Carlo himself had unfortunately been booked on the day of my wedding, he made sure that his team would cover his absence and deliver the creative vision shown in his portfolio, which they absolutely did. What was even more impressive was that throughout the process, from getting to know the team to planning the day, all the way leading up to my wedding, Carlo himself was very much involved even though he wasn’t going to be on-site. He didn’t just hand off the project because his team was covering for him.
Creative Vision: Carlo is exceptional with his craft and vision. When we received the teaser reel, we were blown away. And then when we received the final edited movie, it really brought back emotions from the day of our wedding. It was shot and edited in the most natural but beautiful way, with many thoughtful transitions and edits. As a creative myself, I could see how much time and thought Carlo spent during the editing process. It is so well-crafted, and even the raw footage came out amazing.
Professionalism: From the way Carlo’s team set up and collaborated with the photographers to how they handled themselves during a fire drill (unexpected thunder & rain, last-minute changes, etc.), to how they gave directions to me and my husband, they were such pros and a pleasure to work with. Also, they were the only ones who captured the wedding ceremony space due to some unexpected hiccups that occurred. Carlo’s team is calm, collected, and incredibly thoughtful. They are genuinely great people whom you would want to invite to your wedding for the positive vibe they bring.
