She was there always adapting, and offering to help, to make sure our wedding day was special. When we had to reduce our guest list by more than half, change our venue, change vendors, she communicated with all our new vendors like she had been working with them all along. Grace is the living definition of calm; honestly you would wonder if she ever gets nervous doing this over and over again. She is the most patient, caring person you would want on your wedding day. The work that she put in to make sure our wedding was unique and full of love despite the chaos the whole world was under was unforgettable. It was hard to settle for a small wedding, but everything was so well coordinated that we really believe that we couldn’t have had a better wedding day. Our ceremony was so thoughtfully created by her that after our wedding was over, so many people asked us if Grace was a close friend. One of the highlights was how willing she was to adjust timing so we could get our dream Blue Angels wedding photoshoot — something that meant a lot to us and turned out absolutely perfect. The only challenge we experienced was during her maternity leave, which ended up being a few weeks longer than expected, and during that time we weren’t receiving responses to texts or emails. “Rachael was our day of coordinator and truly went above and beyond! She provided and thorough and detailed timeline and was easy to communicate with. The day of the wedding everything on the timeline went perfectly (I didn’t even know that was possible!) and she was adaptable when I wanted to push things back or change something in the moment.
