“We got married at Mountainville Manor yesterday and it couldn’t have gone better. Lauren and James flawlessly executed our many many requests, accommodated our food allergies, and made sure that everything ran smoothly so that I, the bride, could (finally) relax. We used two of their recommended vendors: Gillian the florist and Matthew Lask the DJ and they were both fantastic. If you get married here, my one piece of advice is to listen to Mary when she reminds you to eat, otherwise you will miss the delicious food! We couldn’t be happier with our experience.”

“My wife and I came to them on short notice and with a lot of stress due to the time/money expenses of planning the big day. Renee was unfailingly kind, endlessly patient and always upbeat. Putting it simply, the crew at Adena are wonderful people who are very good at their job. The day itself went off without a single hiccup. Every typical issue that we encountered - such as delays on our part, or things I forgot- was handled before I even fully aware of it. They did their jobs calmly and joyfully, and helped reassure my anxious wife (and my surprisingly anxious self). The location is absolutely beautiful, maintained expertly and decorated perfectly. Our reception was elegant and rustic, with clear views of the blue sky outside making a very pretty backdrop to celebration. The Wooded Cathedral was where we had our reception, and I highly recommend it to anyone who’s dreamed of an outdoor wedding in the country. My wife and I are so happy that we switched venues to Adena. We’re thrilled that they’ve left us with these memories, and we are so happy to call the team at Adena friends. From start to finish, the entire team made the process and the day itself absolutely seamless. Billiam has created something truly magical here. Erica, who guided us through planning, answered our questions, and captured our wedding through her photography, was such a calming, helpful presence throughout. And Magic Cathy, our day-of point person, made sure everything flowed perfectly. I can’t overstate how much peace of mind they gave me, I literally had NOTHING to worry about. The staff was so thoughtful and attentive, periodically checking in to make sure I was enjoying myself and didn’t need anything, which made me feel so cared for. The attention to detail was next-level. Multiple guests told me it was the most beautiful wedding they’d ever been to. The food was phenomenal, the music (courtesy of The Music Boutique) kept the energy alive, and the flowers and décor were breathtaking. The gardens were lush, blooming, and absolutely stunning. It was beyond anything I could have pictured. The flower bar was also such a unique touch and a huge hit with our families. I felt so comfortable, cared for, and even beautiful, thanks to the way every single person treated us. I asked all of the staff their names so I could remember them here, but of course, in the excitement of the day, I forgot, but what I won’t forget is how they treated us. “We had our wedding at Revel 32 and couldn’t be happier. Cherilyn, Judy and Holly made the whole process completely seamless. We started the planning about a year ago after a very thorough virtual walk through. We absolutely fell in love with all the event spaces, even remotely. We met with the Chef about 6 months ago and were confident the food would be incredible, which it was! We utilized every available space that was offered and each space was perfect. The Lauren suite was perfect for my very large bridal party to get ready. We had the ceremony in the ballroom which was absolutely gorgeous and had our cocktail hour between the ballroom, the bar and the the main entry room and then we had our reception in Canon Hall and utilized the mezzanine and mezzanine bar as well. This room was the perfect space to PARTY. All staff were unbelievably helpful and kind and no detail was overlooked. Our wedding at Revel turned out absolutely stunning and we received dozens of compliments on the space itself and the service. We would get married here again and again if we could! We highly recommend Revel 32 as they have become like family to us!”

“My partner and I planned a wedding in less than 6 months at Buttermilk Falls. From the minute we stepped on the property, we knew we loved it. The grounds are so well kept, the event planners and staff are so friendly! There are several options for your big day and no hidden fees when working with the folks here. Our event planner Morgan was phenomenal. She kept us on track, checking in regularly and responding in a timely manner to our every small question. Once the time came for our wedding weekend, Buttermilk Falls exceeded our expectations. Our families loved our welcome event with freshly made pizza and the best charcuterie. The kids in our family loved exploring the grounds and seeing all the animals. Our wedding day was magical despite it raining precisely during our outdoor ceremony, and the barn was the perfect spot for our group of 75 to eat, drink, and dance the night away! THE FOOD AT BUTTERMILK FALLS IS ALSO PHENOMENAL. Truly cannot be said enough. The ingredients are fresh, the menus are thoughtful and the staff is incredible. I highly recommend this venue and would absolutely plan a wedding here again if I had to do it over. You will not be disappointed!”

“Booking Locust Grove Estate was the best decision I made during wedding planning. The venue is stunning and yet so affordable. Locust Grove provides the space, the arch, and the chairs, but does not require you to book with their preferred vendors. Because of this, you can design your day exactly as you want it to be and within your own budget. We got so many compliments on the location, which is a Hudson Valley oasis nestled in Poughkeepsie, with beautiful gardens and views of the Hudson river. You get the best of both worlds with Locust Grove because your ceremony can be outside but the reception space is indoors and has AC. There is a Courtyard Marriott next door and a walking path connects the two properties, which was super convenient for our guests and saved us the expense of providing transportation. I could not recommend Locust Grove Estate enough!”

Not only is it beautiful on the inside but Bryce and Courtney who help run the show put in so much time, effort, and energy into making it the best day you could imagine! After our initial meeting with Bryce it was a no-brainer to go with Novella’s. They were the only venue that said yes to all of our requests and let us make the wedding more catered to us as a couple (DIY stirrers, signage, centerpieces, etc.). They only do 1 wedding a day so you are their main focus for the duration of your day. He will answer your emails, texts, and set up meetings with you if you ask! He also added some ideas we wouldn’t have thought of and walked us through the timeline and process with our goals in mind. Our family/friend’s raved about the food during cocktail hour and dinner. Good portions and great quality! As the bride, I felt they ran a tight ship with no hiccups in sight and were easy to find if I had any questions. My guests said it was a true hidden gem that they didn’t know about but loved! They also have a deal with the local Pastry Garden to give you a custom cake included in the venue cost! The venue is within walking feet of a local hotel who are fabulous to work with and Bryce also let us use the outdoor patio for an amazing after party! Truly just good people to work with and SO easy to trust!”
