“I had spent an entire year planning my dream wedding and hired Lily as a Day of Coordinator. I am a CPA so as you can imagine, I am very type A. But I had zero hesitation turning things over to Lily! I could tell instantly she had experience in the industry and knew what she was doing. She thought of everything! I can’t forget to mention I planned my Montana wedding from Texas, so it’s tricky to know what the final product would be, but she made sure my vision came to life! Hansen Weddings and Events was so thorough and took the time to truly understand what I wanted the big day to look like. Not only did she help me find some last minute vendors while I was still in Texas, but she guided the rehearsal the night before, helped set up the morning of the wedding, coordinated with all my vendors, instructed the bridal party, guided the guests, and handled some craaaazy weather. It was a warm sunny day until about 10 minutes before the ceremony, it dropped (what felt like) 20 degrees, had high winds, and even started sleeting during our vows. It calmed quickly and a rainbow appeared 30 mins later, but at the time it was hectic. We weren’t sure how much it would progress but Lily worked fast to get the cocktail hour moved, get the vendors re-situated, guide the guests to the new space, and even bring my husband and me a plate of food!! There were a couple hiccups with vendors as the night progressed, but she was quick to resolve them before I even had a chance to think twice about it! She was the perfect balance of warmth and kindness while also being direct and making sure everything stayed on track. When there were times we wanted to move around schedules or step away, she encouraged us and worked in the background to make it happen! All in all, it was a great experience working with her. I am so glad I was able to hand over all those details and just enjoy the day with my husband. I highly recommend Hansen Weddings and Events!!!”

“Choosing Ryann as our wedding coordinator was the BEST decision my husband and I made in our planning decisions. We knew we needed someone creative, reliable, communicative, strong-willed, detail-driven, and understanding - and Ryann her RKE team was not only that BUT MORE. From the very first phone call to our last meeting before the wedding, Ryann made sure to ask good questions and cover every base (ones we didn’t even know about)! She brings a wave a reassurance with her that eliminated any worry, anxiety, or stress we might’ve had throughout the process and on the day of. Ryann and her assistant, Nicole, helped facilitate our Rehearsal Dinner with our Bridal Party - and also went out of the way to lend a helping hand in our set up. They are both so fast and so knowledgable, and made our night more enjoyable because of it! On the day of the wedding, Ryann was not only there early to make sure everything was ready and prepared for our vendors. We were told during the wedding process that things would go wrong, which did end up happening - as we dropped the ball and forgot all of our mixers and garnishes for our full. BUT - Ryann not only made an immediate decision on how to problem solve, but was so verbally assuring that the night would still be as great as planned. Nicole was able to make a run out during our ceremony and have everything back before we knew it - having an assistant there on the day of is a MUST! “As soon as Kaushay pulled open spreadsheets comparing pricing and products I knew I was in good hands. When she created organized notes of her, my, and my husband's responsibilities to complete by our next meeting, I felt much more in control of planning the biggest event of my life so far. We had a vision that required a lot of complicated logistics: involving a unique venue that doesn’t usually host weddings, managing unexpected weather, and a limited timeline - she was a crucial part of our team and helped bring it all together. In the planning phase, she answered all of our questions and provided suggestions and feedback when we were looking for guidance (especially with ceremony/reception sequence and transporting decorations). Not to mention she was willing to adapt to the way that we wanted to work together.
