She even handled pickup and return of those items, which took a huge load off our plates. The team’s schedule for setup and breakdown was tailored to our needs, and everyone was prompt, professional, and kind. They even offered to store our Indian floral garlands (from another shop) the day before the wedding to save us the hassle of finding fridge space. We received countless compliments on our bouquets, mandap florals, the ceiling greenery (which looked absolutely magical), and how beautifully the florals were repurposed throughout the day. Nicole and her team worked quietly behind the scenes when needed and stepped in with support when appropriate, always striking the right balance. One thing we really appreciated was how flexible and collaborative they were. We wanted to incorporate some of our own decor (like colorful votives for the tablescapes), and they welcomed it without hesitation or pressure to upsell from their own inventory.
