“I used Events by Vee as my day of for my wedding a few weeks ago. I truly have nothing but wonderful things to say about the group. It was so easy to set up my initial consultation. Victoria did not overwhelm me one bit and kept everything to the basics at first which I completely appreciated. As we got close to my wedding, she would reach out on occasion to see how I was doing which was honestly shocking considering I was just a day of client. She truly treats all of her clients the same no matter the service you hire her to do which is refreshing and like rare to find these days. During the day of my wedding I legit had no worries because I knew she had everything covered. I ended up having two vendors who legit could not get their stuff together and she navigated the situation in the right manner and helped the rest of us relax knowing it was covered. When she created organized notes of her, my, and my husband's responsibilities to complete by our next meeting, I felt much more in control of planning the biggest event of my life so far. “No words feel big enough to express how grateful I am for Lucy. From the very first conversation, she got it. She listened so intently, asked the right questions, and truly saw my vision—and the feeling I wanted to create for everyone who walked into our day. And then… she worked her butt off to make it happen. Every detail, every moment, every little touch was thoughtful, intentional, and executed with such care. She went above and beyond—often behind the scenes—to make sure everything ran smoothly, and I got to be fully present and soak it all in. “I had spent an entire year planning my dream wedding and hired Lily as a Day of Coordinator. I am a CPA so as you can imagine, I am very type A. But I had zero hesitation turning things over to Lily! I could tell instantly she had experience in the industry and knew what she was doing. She thought of everything! I can’t forget to mention I planned my Montana wedding from Texas, so it’s tricky to know what the final product would be, but she made sure my vision came to life! Hansen Weddings and Events was so thorough and took the time to truly understand what I wanted the big day to look like. Not only did she help me find some last minute vendors while I was still in Texas, but she guided the rehearsal the night before, helped set up the morning of the wedding, coordinated with all my vendors, instructed the bridal party, guided the guests, and handled some craaaazy weather. It was a warm sunny day until about 10 minutes before the ceremony, it dropped (what felt like) 20 degrees, had high winds, and even started sleeting during our vows. It calmed quickly and a rainbow appeared 30 mins later, but at the time it was hectic. We weren’t sure how much it would progress but Lily worked fast to get the cocktail hour moved, get the vendors re-situated, guide the guests to the new space, and even bring my husband and me a plate of food!! There were a couple hiccups with vendors as the night progressed, but she was quick to resolve them before I even had a chance to think twice about it! She was the perfect balance of warmth and kindness while also being direct and making sure everything stayed on track. When there were times we wanted to move around schedules or step away, she encouraged us and worked in the background to make it happen! All in all, it was a great experience working with her. I am so glad I was able to hand over all those details and just enjoy the day with my husband. I highly recommend Hansen Weddings and Events!!!”

“Lauren was the perfect wedding planner for my wedding! Her attention to detail and knowledge of how to execute a big event was flawless. She listened to my vision and made sure the day went exactly as I pictured it. She made sure I didn’t have to think about a single thing on my wedding day, especially coordinating with all the vendors and caterers, and the entire day went smoothly because of her. She also has beautiful wedding decor rentals that we used and she made all the right suggestions for how to decorate our venue, which we didn’t feel confident doing ourselves. Our wedding day was a dream come true, mostly thanks to her! I highly recommend hiring her as your next wedding/even coordinator!”

“We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!”
