Starlight Meadows was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From the moment we reached out, their communication was amazing - they were incredibly detailed, responsive, and truly cared about making our day special. The venue itself was absolutely breathtaking, with beautiful natural scenery that provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. And on top of that, we were blown away by the incredible value - the quality of their work was far beyond what we expected for the very reasonable price. May Creek Farm was the perfect venue for our wedding day. From the moment we first spoke with Meisha, the owner, we were impressed by her quick she responded, plus she was so easy to talk to. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with a dreamy, ethereal quality that created the perfect ambiance for our special day. Not only is the space itself perfect, but Meisha was incredibly helpful in planning the decor and making sure everything looked beautiful. Her daughter was our day-of coordinator, and we don't know what we would have done without her - she made sure everything ran perfectly from start to finish. My partner and I were looking for an outdoor wedding venue that captured the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest without leaning into the farmhouse aesthetic. Gray Bridge Venue was perfect from the moment we first saw it on a virtual tour, and then even better when we finally visited in person! Matt & Stacy are so kind and the ultimate wedding pros - they have a plan for every contingency and their recommended vendor list really helped streamline the planning process. Terra Valley Farms is an incredible venue! We knew from the first time we walked the grounds that this was a special location, and every one of our guests confirmed this by stopping to tell us how beautiful and perfect the whole place was. Whether it was their fields of berries and dahlias, winding garden paths, or open areas for lawn games, the natural beauty meant that we really didn’t need to do much for extra decor, and this in turn helped us save money to use elsewhere in our budget. The fact that they also offer wedding coordination and bartending services means there is a lot of value here and adding these services made our lives so much easier. We got to work with Tessa as our wedding coordinator, and she was the absolute best! Because she knows Terra Valley so well, she knew just how to make things run as smoothly as possible. Throughout the entire planning process and on the actual day, she and her team made us feel so at ease and well taken care of. Thank you, Tessa, for being our steady guide throughout this year of planning a wedding and thank you Chelsea for all the work you and your team do to make this such a special place!

James and Jamie were wonderful to work with and provided everything we were looking for and more. Get ready rooms, tables and chairs provided, view of the river, forest background, tent and restrooms for our guests, and a prep area. Plus garbage cans, bar, fire pit, sound system and lawn games and plenty of areas for cute photos. It rained in our day and they even had a few umbrellas to add to ours that we brought. Jamie responded quickly to any question I had. We had about 65 guests but the venue can easily fit more. Our catering was a drop off and we used the prep area in the barn to do a sandwich spread between getting set up and the ceremony. Despite the rain our guests had a blast and our day was wonderful. Everything was so tranquil and beautiful. The fire pit was a big hit. Thank you!

My partner and I got married in September 2024 at Rivers Edge. We selected this location because we wanted an outdoor wedding and the grounds and river were a perfect space for us. The accommodations of the slab, tent, tables, chairs, and lights were all integral to our wedding being a success. Tanya is a down to Earth person and we are as well, so that worked very well for us. Tanya was always responsive and accommodating. All of our guests commented on the beauty of the grounds and the space. Everything was easy to manage and clean up. I can't recommend enough if you want a nice, chill wedding or event with beautiful nature surrounding you with creature comforts like the get-ready rooms, slab tent, and generator for power. Also close enough to town/stores in case you forgot anything you needed!

Very easy to get a hold of prior to and post the event. The inclusion of some items other venues would ask you to pay for made it affordable in the realm of venues (included shuttles from offsite parking, tables, chairs, cafe lights, etc) The venue was in bloom, and it felt like you were in a secret garden, couldn't have asked for a better day!

Gleneagle Golf Course was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication was very responsive, which helped make the planning process a breeze. The venue itself is in a beautiful area that provided a stunning backdrop for our special day. They made the day easier and a lot less stressful - the in-house catering with an amazing taco bar was a huge hit with our guests, the bartender was fantastic, and the owner's son who DJed did an incredible job. We also loved having the outdoor space that let the kids run off their energy. Overall, the Gleneagle team were wonderful people to work with, and the value was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue.

By holding our October 2024 wedding at Marionfield, we not only had a gorgeous venue; we also had guidance, support, and tips every step of the way from John, Marionfield's wonderful owner. From our first visit, we could tell that John was invested in our wedding succeeding. He gave honest, thoughtful answers to our initial questions. Once we selected Marionfield, John gave helpful advice about layouts, useful pointers about timelines, stellar recommendations for other vendors, and transparent information about the venue and what does and doesn't work well there. John always responded quickly and thoroughly to emails. He was generous with his time, letting me visit once six months before the wedding and again three months beforehand for a walk through with my coordinator. John is warm, caring, and honest. When you book your wedding at Marionfield, you are also securing a dedicated teammate in your wedding planning journey. About the venue itself: Marionfield is gorgeous. The buildings, landscaping, walkways, and furnishings are all in tip-top condition. Marionfield gets the details right -- dimmable lights in the barn, ADA accessibility, comfortable chairs, the spacious bridal suite with a full kitchen. The location is private, secluded, and quiet. The historic barn offers a charming, romantic backdrop. You also get a team of helpful people on your wedding day who make flips of the space happen, see that the water stays full, and that your other vendors are where they need to be. The team worked seamlessly to make our wedding go off without a hitch. The high level of included services (staff who handle chair and table set-up, venue flips, most clean-up) and add-ons available for very reasonable fees (hot cider bar, flatware, plates, glass water goblets) at Marionfield means fewer moving parts and details to keep track of. I could go on and on with positive things about John Olson and Marionfield. My husband and I highly recommend selecting Marionfield for your wedding venue.

Being in the events industry for over 24 years in the Seattle area, the UW Botanic Gardens was one of the first venues our company worked at and is still the best overall facility we partner with today! The communication and flexibility make the UWBG the most well rounded venue with its indoor and outdoor options, ample parking, supplies available on site and most importantly the kind staff that work there from in the office to the folks who are on site during the events assisting as needed. As a catering company it is refreshing that the UWBG is run by gracious people that have been well trained enough to understand their clients needs as well as what it takes to run an amazing event balancing everything from client & vendor needs, flow of an event, layout... they just get it! They make things easier for everyone, and both corporate and social clients should be very grateful that this centrally located space is available. It is a rare combination from my experience to excel in so many areas of the event industry all wrapped in one awesome venue.
