🌹 Sadie Lake is a picture-perfect wedding and event venue in Arlington, Washington located on 18 acres with a stunning private lake. The property is located five minutes from the I-5 near Smoke Point. The indoor Barn Venue is a 3,000 square foot event barn with beautiful views North from the second floor. The outdoor area includes multiple ceremony sites, expansive lakeside areas & wooded trails. Highlights of the venue include a large outdoor tent, 2 get-ready suites, 5 restrooms, full kitchen, on-site parking, row boat & lake access, an outdoor fire pit and more! The property boasts of a well-kept natural setting suitable for casual or formal events. We host weddings & special events all year! The total venue capacity is 300 guests. Event items included with rental include: Chairs, Tables, Arbors, Indoor & Outdoor Sound Systems, Outdoor Games & Extensive Décor!

Nestled in the scenic Cascade Foothills, The Wallace Falls Lodge is a picturesque wedding venue. The sweeping green lawns, ceremonial arch and Cascade Mountain backdrop provide the perfect nuptial setting. The Lodge is a good fit if you seek an outdoor space with the flexibility to choose your own caterer and procure your own alcohol, coupled with the relaxation of staying onsite. The Lodge sleeps up to 27 guests and each of its 10 bedrooms has a private bathroom, providing added comfort and privacy. With 2 and 3-night wedding packages your wedding party and immediate family can set-up and tear-down at their leisure. The Lodge grounds can accommodate roughly 115 guests for an outdoor ceremony, as well as seated under our large white outdoor event tent (Spring/Summer/Fall). Rehearsal dinners and small indoor winter weddings (less than 50 guests) can take place inside The Carriage House, a beautiful log-cabin event space adjacent to The Lodge.

In February of 1999, Kim McLaughlin started Eagle Mountain Ranch, a beautiful state of the art equine facility. She saw a need to provide high quality training in Western, Saddle Seat, Hunter, and Reining divisions - with a focus on Arabian horses.
